We kindly request you to submit a Technical Audit Proposal for Conducting Audit Services.

Johanniter International Assistance (Johanniter) in Cambodia is looking for an audit firm to audit its accounts as below:

Request for Audit Proposal

  • Category: Call for Proposals, Banking / Finance
  • Location: Phnom Penh

The audit for 4 sequential fiscal years, 2021 to 2024. The estimated annual budget is 180,000 to 220,000 EUR.

The proposal should include the following:

  • Technical audit proposal, in line with the TOR (below)
  • The audit proposal audit fee (per annum), including WHT
  • Curriculum Vitae (CVs) must be provided of the audit team. The CVs shall include details of audits carried out by the concerned staff, including ongoing assignments indicating capability and capacity to undertake the audit.

Please note that the audit firm must legally operate in Cambodia and the proposal must be in English; valid for a minimum period of 90 days. The proposal will be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and competitiveness of the proposal. Evaluation criteria is included in the terms of reference.

Submission Requirements

Please submit your proposal in one of two manners:

  1. Sent by email to the email provided in the contact detail
  2. Sent in a sealed envelope to this address - Johanniter International Assistance (Johanniter) Office located in the address provided in the contact detail.
