Background:

World Vision Cambodia is a non-profit, non-denominational humanitarian aid and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty. Since, your company has invited to participate in and submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) response to Building Maintenance Service sourcing. World Vision Cambodia (WVC) is inviting potential suppliers, which are all strong and highly regarded.

RFP FOR PRINTING WITHIN BUDGET 12,000USD

Purpose:

The World Vision International – Cambodia hereby invites you to submit a proposal for Handout and Flyer PRINTING, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR). The purpose of this RFP is to conclude a Short term or Long Term Agreement (s) for World Vision International in Cambodia office. The successful Offer or shall be contracted for this purpose for an initial period of one year, and the contract shall be renewable thereafter, upon satisfactory evaluation of performance each year.

Submission Requirements

Application Information:

Supplier declare the consent and provide these documents along with RFQ:

  1. a certified copy of a certificate of business registration,
  2. certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document
  3. a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents
  4. information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner)
  5. last two years of audited financial statements or tax filing, or similar documents
  6. Must be cleared of legal disputes that ended in Court in the past three years.
  7. Sign Conflict of Interest disclosure showing any relationship with WV staff.
  8. Sign Supplier Code of Conduct
  9. Sign Behavior protocol for partner
  10. Sign Anti Corruption Policy
  11. Fill in and sign Supplier Registration Form
  12. Any contract resulting from this Request for quotation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cambodia.

Failure to submit this letter will result in delay to sign contract or withdraw our offer)
