The Assistant Relationship Manager is responsible for assisting and working with the Relationship Manager or Regional Manager to grow and manage the portfolio of accounts under the Business Banking segment: by way of client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals. It is expected that a good understanding of the performance history and future plans of each portfolio is well understood before advice is given to the client. The Assistant Relationship Manager will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value-adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks to JTRB.

As Associate Lending Manager, you are responsible for growing the business customer base, sustaining and increasing profitability, and realising new businesses.

Reporting to: Project & Transformation Manager

End-User Support Officer is working closely with all business units by identifying new EUDT and provide daily BAU Support to ensure business operation is smoothly operated, improve customer experience and continue to fill the gaps after the transition.

Report to : Reconciliation & Chargeback Central Operations Manager

The role is responsible for the professional reconciliation of transaction passed over to Nostro accounts, Suspense accounts, and Office accounts in line with SLA requirements and Group policy. The focus is to ensure high quality; prompt and efficient matching of time critical transactions, raise timely and cost effective investigation, and actioning enquiries to enable clearance of outstanding transactions.

Web Developer is working directly with End-User Support Officer as well as business units by developing and converting new or existing End-User Developed Tool (EUDT) into web-based applications to enhance operational productivity performance, improve customer experience and continue to fill the gaps after the transition.
