Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Supervisor works closely with the General Manager.

Salary: Fix salary: depending on experience. Additional Monthly salary: Bonus on sales.

Duties

Your main missions are:
Maintain and develop the current customer base of the company.
Expand the customer base and find new sales channels.
Lead and manage sales force to reach sales targets.
Organize and lead the marketing actions to increase company’s visibility; brand awareness; and promote our Products and Brands.
Develop the company's activity, including being active on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn…).
Follow-up Sales figures and provide reporting to GM.
Additional marketing tasks as per company needs.
