Service Advisor (1 Position)

Level of position: By individual arrangement.

Duration of Assignment: Unlimited.

Duties
  • Meet and greet our customer, scheduling services appointment.
  • Logging in customers concerns and comments.
  • Estimate repair costs, verifying the warranty, conducting inspections.
  • Write repair orders and clear description of issues and repairs.
  • Formulating customer’s complaints into repair terminology.
  • Respective other tasks as assigned by Aftersales Manager
Requirements
  • Degree in respective Job applied for, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years in-depth working experience within the automotive industry or equivalent.
  • Good technical understanding as well as understanding of After Sales Business.
  • Good understanding and supporting the After Sales Marketing strategies.
  • Fluent in Khmer and English, written and spoken.
  • Optional: Chinese language skills welcome.
  • Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office & Apple iOS products).
  • Presentation-, Management- and training skills.
  • Dynamic, confident, self-motivated team player.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Full mobility (Car & Motor driving licence).
  • Gender : Female
