Medical Representative
Purpose of the Position:
- Visit doctor in hospital/ Clinic to generate demand (prescription and sales)
- Provide scientific and products information to doctors and get feedback
- Regular field visit as the call plan provided by Medical Supervisor / Manager.
- Promote company products and services to existed customers (doctors, hospitals and clinics) and obtain new accounts in the assigned territory.
- Acquire and show a deep of products knowledge to convince customers of products benefit.
- Keep good relationship and develop for long term with all doctors in your own areas.
- Keep reporting on customers’ feedback, markets development and competitors’ activities survey.
- Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, prepare reports and making recommendations to management.
- Committed to achieve the personal sales target that provided by the company.
- Submitted the basic reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Working plan) on time to Principle
- Will be assisted other tasks as required by the top management.
- Bachelor degree in medical background is required, Fresh graduated also are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate based in this province is preferred.

- Experiences in promoting medical products and pharmaceuticals is a plus.
Regulatory Affair Executive
Purpose of the Position:
- Ensure that company is compliance to regulation of Ministry of Health
- Ensure all license of company and company's products are valid
- Ensure all product registration/renewal are submitted and approved within the timeframe
- Liaise between Ministry of Health and company to registrer products
- Handles product registration/ renewal
- Ensure that product registration/renewal are done or approved withtin the set timeframe
- Handles registration/ renewal of Manufacturer site
- Ensure that registration/ renewal of Manufacturer site are done or approved within the set timeframe
- Submit variation and notification of registered products to Ministry of Health
- Submit promotional material or marketing activities to Ministry of Health where required by local regulation
- Collect updated/new MOH announcement/Prakas and report to Client Intergration Manager
- Ensure company’s compliance with government regulations governing license to operate
- Prepare and update product master list on a regular basis
- Prepare and update product artwork when necessary
- Coordinate with supply chain on build up stock in case of late renewal
- Joining RA meeting with MOH or Client when necessary
- Prepare and update RA monthly report by Client and send to Client Integration Manager and client (if requested on monthly basis)
- Response to queries of Client on the registration requirement timely
- Handle other tasks assigned by Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related file
- At least 2 years’ experience working in RA field
- Good command in English
- Strong commitment and hard working
- Good interpersonal skill.
Medical First Line Manager (supervisory level)
Purpose of the Position:
Supervise MR Team by leading, directing and motivating them in order to achieve the overall corporate Sales objectives
- Organize and coordinate Medical Representatives Schedules and Call Plan
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Support and monitor the execution of Marketing Activity of the Client
- Assist Medical Representatives and team to meet and exceed goals by training and in-field coaching, communicating on corporate marketing activities and sales strategies and monitoring implementation
- Recruit, hire, and train new Medical Representatives
- Receive and report on all sales & marketing leads
- Manage the Doctor List and & Master Call List of all the MR area, that include updating the list
- Do calls and manage KOLs of the respected Product Focus of the Clients
- Analyze competitor, doctors prescriptions, outlets purchasing trends and give inputs on sales program to achieve sales goals.
- Do product knowledge training and technical sales training
- Other duties as assigned by Sales department
- Proven work experience as a sales person, able to demonstrate previous achievement
- Bachelor’s Degree, should have Medical Background: Doctor or Pharmacist
- Min 2 years Medical Representative experience in Ethical
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Having a driving licence is a plus
- Be able to travel to different districts or nearby provinces within the assigned areas.
Medical Product Executive
Purpose of the Position:
- Prepare master plan marketing activity (promotional activity and promotional material)
- Provide product scientific training to Medical Representatives, Sales Representatives and HCPs
- Develop and implement marketing strategy, plan and tools
- Develop and control marketing budget
- Train, assess and monitor implementation of marketing activities by MR and Sales team
- Collect market feedback and insights to improve/correct marketing strategy
- Make promotional activity & promotional material
- Prepare product brand plan and marketing plan and strategy
- Build relationship with KOL and connect with them to ensure Product acceptance by the KOL by all means of scientific approach behind the product
- Monitor and join visit with Medical Reps after events, get feedback after events from participants
- Prepare marketing activity plan and make report to Marketing Manager every month
- Collect and analyze the market information, implement into annual strategic marketing plan and adapt according to market situation and fully implement by the medical team and sales team
- Plan, design for all promotional materials and train medical representative on product knowledge, competitors' profiles, product strategies, detailing products with brochures or clinical studies
- Work closely with medical team to target key doctors, hospitals, clinics and cabinets and strongly cooperate and support team growth
- Closely monitor the medical team's activities to ensure that all planned activities will be conducted and follow the company policy
- Organize medical meeting e.g. Symposia, Round Table Discussion, Hospital Meeting, Product Group Meeting, product presentations, booth exhibition, doctor's presentation programs and any activities to promote the products and brand awareness.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing, prefer Medical Representative experiences
- Bachelor Degree and having medical background is a MUST: Doctor or Pharmacist
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and logistics industry
- Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Good time management and able to meet deadline
- Independent, self-motivation and team player
- Competent computer literate (especially word, excel & PowerPoint).
