Senior Loyalty & Digital Specialist

This job contributes  Starbucks success by  the Marketing & Category  in  development & management  Starbucks loyalty programs & digital promotional campaigns  Cambodia  drive growth  enhance Starbucks brand value. The  will  closely  both internal & external key stakeholders  ensure  loyalty & digital  campaign  being delivered effectively  efficiency.


  • Provide coaching, direction  leadership  to team members  order  achieve partner, business  customer results.
  • Manages  loyalty programs & digital promotional campaigns  accountable  achieving  overall key business objectives.
  • Coordinates  development  loyalty  & digital platform  regional team & international vendors including campaign briefing, planning & launching.
  • Plans & develops  loyalty  calendar  activities  events  meet pre-defined objectives.
  • Performs day-to-day execution  digital platform, system  email marketing  to drive business growth; including  pulls, campaign setup test, execution, reporting  optimization.
  • Assists  Marketing & Category  on managing  members web portal, digital platform  content flow  continuously identifies  improves overall user experience.
  • Supports  internal team (customers  &  team)  the day-to-day enquiries  to loyalty  including  details & digital platform functions.
  • Oversees & internally conducts training  the team especially  team  digital platform, systems  processes  ensure  smooth rollout.
  • Takes  for trackers  campaign  reports locally & regionally  a weekly & monthly basis including pre, during, post campaign.
  • Regularly reviews & updates  competitors’ loyalty  & digital promotional campaign  proposes proactive initiatives  management team.

  • Diploma/Degree  Business  equivalent preferably marketing  business related.
  • 3 years’ experience  product marketing  brand management  retail  packaged goods environment, preferably F&B industry.
  • Good analytical  with eye  details.
  • Ability  communicate clearly  concisely both orally & writing.
  • Ability  work independently  collaboratively.
  • Ability  work  a fast paced  changing environment.
  • Time management  strong  management skills.
  • Ability  act resourcefully  creatively.

Senior Total Pay Specialist

Report to: Partner Resources Manager

The compensation  benefit  report  to partner resources manager. This job contributes  Starbucks success by providing  for  effective delivery  Partner Resources programs  services  all Starbucks partners  assigned accounts, supporting strategic staffing goals  attract  retain  high-quality diverse workforce  focus  total pay, staffing, benefits  engagement. Models  acts  accordance  Starbucks guiding principles.


  • Coach  related team  the timely submission, processing  problem resolution  partner  transactions.
  • Inform partners about company policies  guidelines, including compensation, benefits, leaves  absence, terminations, job postings, orientation  training programs,  personnel records  transactions.
  • Provide  to ensure compliance  local employment laws  regulations.
  • Support partners  general Partner Resources (PR) transaction processing by providing prompt troubleshooting  problem resolution  compliance  Starbucks policies  guidelines.
  • Track Partner Resources  activity, conducts research,  prepares reports compilation.

  • Degree  Marketing,  Administration  related disciplines

  • Fluent written  spoken English, Khmer proficiency  a plus
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical  negotiation skills

Assistant Leasing Manager

  • Location: Phnom Penh

  • Meet  target  new Store Opening every year
  • Researches  recommends potential  store locations  expansion within  market. Conducts field  financial evaluations, assists  estimating development costs  construction time,  obtains management approvals.
  • Helps develop real estate  strategy  positioning. Works  group leasing team  negotiate terms  conditions
  • Ensures that  local construction, approvals  required business permits  obtained  a timely basis
  • Working  sufficient pipeline  support  store opening
  • Approach current  new developer  their upcoming projects
  • Do  market  and portfolio analysis  the key competitors
  • Identify  potential trade area  propose  General Manager
  • Get  alignment  other Department  endorsement before doing  budget  investment
  • Works  group leasing  develop, implement  maintain  central lease management system  the market,  ensure that leases  renewed  a timely manner  optimum profitability.
  • Acts  a liaison  Starbucks Coffee Regional  International offices  ensure smooth communications  keep each other informed  the latest  to optimize brand  business results. Establish  great relationship  our  cross functional partners  all relevant offices  positively influence decision makings
  • Keep track  retail  and update  General  frequently
