Accounting Specialist (2 Positions)

This job contributes  the Company success by  the finance analyst  finance  to ensure timely  accurately recording sales transactions, conducting revenue auditing, maintaining fixed asset register  performing financial analysis  reporting. Models  acts  accordance  the group’s guiding principles.

Duties

  • Ensure sales transactions recorded by store partners (employee)  valid  accurate  post statements  booked daily.
  • Record construction invoices  ensure transactions  done following fixed assets module.
  • Keep track  all fixed assets movement  conduct fixed assets count.
  • Perform bank reconciliation  cash receipt side.
  • Perform reconciliation  Sales VAT  submit supporting documents  invoices  Financial Analyst  tax payment.
  • Issue tax invoices  to corporate sales  ensure cash  will  done timely.
  • Perform sales audits, security camera review, cash  inventory audits.
  • Ensure accounting records  supporting documents  systematically organized  filed  be able  retrieve documents requested promptly.
  • Ensure  financial accounting policies  procedures  the Company  current, relevant  aligned  the Group Policies.
  • Provide training  systems  processes; assists  mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • More than 2  of progressive experience  accounting
