Accounting Specialist (2 Positions)
Location: Phnom Penh
This job contributes the Company success by the finance analyst finance to ensure timely accurately recording sales transactions, conducting revenue auditing, maintaining fixed asset register performing financial analysis reporting. Models acts accordance the group’s guiding principles.
Ensure sales transactions recorded by store partners (employee) valid accurate post statements booked daily.
Record construction invoices ensure transactions done following fixed assets module.
Keep track all fixed assets movement conduct fixed assets count.

Coordinate inventory order between store warehouse
Schedule planning controlling
Keep up date tracking information warehouse store
Assist supply planning
Communicate local suppliers regarding local PO such (foods, equipment/ furniture etc..).
Oversea PO HK/ SCI (inbound stock).
Weekly stock report/ expired products DHL.
Communicate store partners follow up PO between Store DHL.
Input of TO DHL, checking PO store to system create items local & oversea.
Inventory counting system DHL.
Support stores regarding the system.
All other tasks assign by SCO Specialist SCO Manager
Degree Business Management any other field
Proficient relevant computer applications e.g. Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Email
