Announcement Description

CoDeC is a non-organization, non-political party, civil society organization working and cooperated with relevant stakeholders for non-profits. CoDeC was formed by joined the two organizations namely KVOD and AACK that the two organizations had similar aim and purposes. These two organizations needed the strong leadership and expertized facilitation for sustainable holistic community development.

CoDeC has registered with Ministry of Interior of Government of Royal Cambodia in January 2003. Recently CoDeC has worked and operated in two provinces namely; Kampong Thom and Siem Reap province.

CoDeC is a project partner with Heifer International Cambodia to engage farmers for capacity building in sustainable agriculture, enhance vegetable productivity and improve livelihoods.

Ref: Project budget plan in FY26 to implement the Cambodia Vegetable Value Chain Development (CVCD) project, included additional project budget from Heifer Netherland for project implementation from March 2026 to June 2026 with project objectives:

  1. Increased social cohesion and trust within the community.
  2. Increased income of smallholder vegetable farmers.
  3. Affordable, reliable, and environmentally sustainable power, water services, and digital business platform provided to smallholder farmers.
  4. Strengthened inclusive market system and distribution.

Position Summary

For project documentary and demonstrate the effectiveness of project implementation to donors, authorities, partners and stakeholders. CoDeC honor to announce for Video Production Specialist-Short Term from June 8 to June 18, 2026 to produce a short video by compile the project accomplishment as described below:

  • Video Length: 4minutes (maximum)
  • Video Solution: 4K
  • Subtitle: English
  • Budget: USD 1,300.00 included VAT

Target Provinces: Kampong Thom and Siem Reap

Key Project Activity Instruction:

Training Sessions and Farmer Capacity Building

Farmers participate in practical training sessions on sustainable agriculture, vegetable production, pest management, agribusiness, marketing skills to improve productivity and resilience.

Compost Production

Farmers are trained to produce and use organic compost to improve soil fertility, reduce production costs and increase vegetable yields sustainably.

Investment in Net-Houses

The project supports farmers in constructing net-houses to protect crops, improve vegetable quality and enable year-round production.

Market Access and Linkages

Farmers are connected to markets and buyers to improve access to market opportunities, strengthen value chains and increase sales of vegetables.

Increasing Income and Livelihoods

Improved farming practices, better market access, and higher productivity help farmers increase income, strengthen household resilience and improve livelihoods.

Highlighting Successful Farmers

Successful farmers are showcased to inspire others and demonstrate the positive impact of sustainable agriculture, innovation and market engagement.
