Position Summary:
The Consultant will produce one project documentary video and one written case study to document project achievements, community voices, lessons learned, and good practices. The assignment will focus on agroecology, ecosystem restoration, protection community ponds, green enterprise development, community governance, women’s participation, livelihood improvement, and beneficiary stories.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review relevant project documents, including the project proposal, logical framework, progress updates, and activity reports.
- Prepare a simple production plan, including key messages, interview list, filming schedule, proposed locations, and storyline.
- Conduct field documentation in Nokor Pheas Commune, including video footage, interviews, photos, and supporting visuals.
- Key project document interventions and stories, including agroecological farming, home gardens, ponds restoration, tree planting, green enterprise development, women’s participation, livelihood improvement, and lessons learned.
- Produce and submit final outputs, including one 8-10 minutes documentary video, one 3-5 pages case study, selected photos, and relevant raw/source materials.

- Khmer: Fluent
- English: Good working knowledge
- Qualifications
- Relevant qualification or professional experience in communications, journalism, film production, multimedia, photography, and/or related fields.
- Work History
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in documentary video production, photography, communication, or development storytelling.
- Experience in producing videos, case studies, or communication materials for NGOs, UN agencies, donor-funded projects, and/or community development projects.
- Experience with environment, agriculture, climate resilience, community development, or livelihood projects is an advantage.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Strong skills in filming, interviewing, storytelling, video editing, subtitle preparation, and basic photography.
- Ability to communicate respectfully with rural communities and local stakeholders.
- Own filming, audio recording, photography, and editing equipment.
