Job Purpose / Summary

The Vice Principal for School Operations and Academics assists the Principal in ensuring effective school management across both academic and operational domains. This role is responsible for maintaining teaching and learning quality, coordinating school operations, supporting staff and student development, and ensuring smooth campus-wide coordination and implementation of school policies.

Scope of Work / Decision-Making Authorities

The Vice Principal acts as the key support to the School Principal in managing day-to-day academic and operational matters. This includes oversight of scheduling, staff coordination, curriculum compliance, student services, and resource allocation. The role requires collaboration with faculty, administrative teams, and school leadership.

Principal Accountabilities

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Academic Coordination
  • Implement national and international curricula under the guidance of the Principal.
  • Coordinate academic calendars, teaching schedules, and subject coverage.
  • Supervise lesson planning and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
  • Conduct classroom observations and follow up with coaching or support.
  • Oversee assessment practices and maintain academic record accuracy.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Manage daily school operations including logistics, timetables, substitute teaching, and facility coordination.
  • Ensure all departments operate efficiently and according to SOPs.
  • Support in executing school development and operational plans.
  • Teacher Development & Monitoring
  • Organize mentoring sessions, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Coordinate teacher award nominations with proper documentation and criteria.
  • Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and workload balance.
  • Student Support
  • Monitor student progress and support interventions for underperforming students.
  • Support implementation of extra classes, remediation, and academic enrichment.
  • Coordinate with discipline and student services for behavior management.
  • Parent and Stakeholder Communication
  • Support school-parent communication regarding academic and operational matters.
  • Participate in organizing parent meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and issue resolution.
  • Emergency and Risk Preparedness
  • Assist in planning and conducting emergency drills.
  • Support compliance with school safety procedures and emergency response plans.
  • School Participation
  • Attend school functions, training, field trips, and community events.
  • Represent the Principal during absences or delegated responsibilities.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent is preferred
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education is required
  • Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum & Instruction is preferred
Work History:
  • Teaching for 3 years as a minimum
  • Academic leadership or coordination for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with MoEYS standards and international curricula (e.g., Australian, Singaporean)
  • Experience with teacher development, classroom observation, and academic data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, lesson design, and assessment practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Khmer fluency is a plus)

Position Summary

Reporting line: Finance Manager

Division/Campus: Central Office

Department: Administration / Operations / Logistics

The Stock Controller is responsible for managing the organization’s inventory and stockroom operations. This includes receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels and proper usage of resources. The role also plays a vital part in supporting internal departments with timely access to supplies and maintaining stock integrity.

KPI Review Timeline

  • Weekly: Stock reports, damaged/expired goods, reorder alerts
  • Monthly: Physical count reconciliation, usage trends
  • Quarterly: Inventory audit support, aging stock analysis
  • Annually: Evaluation of inventory process improvements, loss prevention
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management
  • Receive and inspect goods for quantity and quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or electronic system).
  • Organize and label items properly in the stockroom or warehouse.
  • Issue supplies and materials according to approved requests.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
  • Stock Monitoring and Replenishment
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum stock thresholds are maintained.
  • Notify the procurement or admin team when stock replenishment is required.
  • Track and manage expiry dates, damaged goods, and returns.
  • Physical Stock Checks
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
  • Reconcile physical counts with system records and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in internal and external inventory audits.
  • Coordination and Reporting
  • Gathering all request and making order then purchasing.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and finance teams for stock procurement and budget tracking.
  • Prepare stock reports as required by management (usage reports, shortages, aging stock).
  • Ensure that health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained in the storage area.
  • School Participation
  • Attending staff meetings, training workshops, and parent conferences is required.
  • Participation in school activities, including field trips, events, and assemblies, is required.
  • Vendor & Relationship Management
  • Set up and maintain accurate vendor master files, including contact details, payment terms, and tax information (e.g., W-9 forms).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Work History:
  • Warehouse, inventory, or stock management for 2 to 3 years as a minimum

IFL Teacher

Position Summary

Department: English Program

The Teacher of English is responsible for delivering effective and engaging English language instruction to students at various grade levels. The teacher should plan lessons that promote all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), foster critical thinking, and create an inclusive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment. The teacher is expected to monitor student progress, communicate with parents, and actively participate in school events and professional development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning & Delivery
  • Design and deliver lessons that align with the school’s English curriculum.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
  • Prepare weekly and term lesson plans and submit them for review as required.
