As the friendly face of our practice, the receptionist is a key team member. You will be calmly supporting busy staff and concerned clients with their fur families in the clinic, while juggling multiple messaging platforms and keeping strictly accurate medical and account records.
We have lovely, caring people in our practice and want someone long-term to continue to help the people and animals in our community.
- Professionally greet clients and their pets with genuine warmth
- Answer enquiries on social media, phone and email
- Schedule appointments and make reminders
- Manage daily check-ins and patient records
- Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and keep income and cash records
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Assist with social media content
- Confident speaking and writing in English and Khmer (able to translate each way)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated and keen to learn
- Experience in reception, customer service, or administration preferred
