Head of Security Department
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Assist the Assistant General Manager of Security Department to conduct research and advise on policy relating to the security of the Bank.
- Ensure the safety of staff, customers and property of the Bank and maintain a high standard of security in the Bank’s main building and branches.
- Initiate regular checks on the Bank’s security equipment and ensure that all security equipment and related items at Campu Bank’s Building and branches are properly maintained/serviced and are in good working order/condition at all times.
- Liaise with companies providing security guard services and act on the Bank’s behalf in negotiating the terms of the contract.
- Monitor the performances of the security personnel and ensure the staff maintain high level of discipline and professionalism in discharging their duties.
- A recognised Degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Possesses good spoken and written English
- Committed and able to lead with minimum supervision
- Possesses good leadership qualities and ability to work well under pressure
Sales & Marketing Officers
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Sell and market the Bank's full range of financial products and services to meet set target
- A recognised University Degree preferably related to Banking and Finance or Marketing
- Experience in the sales of financial products will be an advantage
- Outgoing personality with keen interest in business development and sales related activitiesPro-active, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse in Chinese/Korean or Japanese will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
- Prepared to travel extensively
Internal Auditor
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Responsible for conducting audit and review of the branches and Head Office departments in accordance with the Bank’s audit scopes, approaches, methodologies and ensure the audit objectives are met.
- A recognised University Degree preferably related to Accounting/Auditing, Computer Science/IT or Finance and Banking
- At least 2 years’ experience in internal and external auditing or information systems auditing
- Able to work well with all levels of staff and a team player
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with good interpersonal skills
- Must be prepared to travel extensively especially to provinces for audit assignments
Security Guard
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Ensure the safety of staff, customers and property of the Bank
- Ensure all visitors are thoroughly screened before being allowed to enter the building
- Patrol around and inside the bank premises to detect and prevent any unauthorized entry or intrusion
- Control the traffic flow around the perimeter of the building
- Monitor all security surveillance system
- Minimum Upper Secondary Education Diploma certification
- Physically fit and good eyesight
- Able to communicate and work in a team
- Must be prepared to work on 8-12 hours shift cycles, weekends and public holidays
- Experience would be an advantage
Application Support Officer, IT Department
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Design, develop, support and maintain business application software for the Bank
- Responsible for the smooth running of all banking application systems
- A recognised University Degree preferably related to Computer Science/ IT or relevant qualification
- Possess a good knowledge in secure Coding Standard, retail banking, credit card or finance system would be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in VB.net, C#, ASP.net, Web Service, Oracle, MS SQL Server or SAS programming
- Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Possess good spoken and written English
Computer Operator
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Monitor the operations of computer hardware/ systems, ensure timely execution of jobs and prompt problems escalation
- Print and sort reports for distribution to the users and branches
- A recognised University Degree preferably related to Management Information
- System
- Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts
- Possess good spoken and written English
- Possess own transport
Customer Service Support Operator

Expectations - - Support and handle customer enquiries related to banking services particularly ATM and internet banking services
- Pleasant disposition and able to work under pressure
- Ability to converse in English and Chinese will be an added advantage
- Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts
- Fresh graduates are encouraged
Clerks/Tellers
Location: Bavet (Svay Rieng Province)
- Perform account opening and other counter transactions i.e. deposits and withdrawals, exchange of currencies and accept payments for loans/credit cards
- Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank's products and services
- Provide administrative support to the branch
- Diploma in Banking or its equivalent with good Mathematics result
- Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese would be an added advantage
- No experience required
