Senior Officer, Software Specialist (1 Position)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: IT Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Writing high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code
  • Implementing low to medium complexity system enhancement to meet business requirements following best practice and IT compliance policies
  • Leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned teams providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed
  • Writing clear, readable, and maintainable code. Taking ownership of the quality and usability of code
  • Development of Technology research capacity and capability to meet with company business current and future requirement
  • Good foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO Design with rock-solid programming skills
  • Developing, implementing and documenting the systems, the internal methodology, processes, and procedures for software development adhering to ISO and standards
  • Enabling the use of available technology by promoting digital adoption within and outside the organization
  • Participating in the full stack of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Drawing conclusions and effectively communicates findings with both technical and non-technical team members, providing active leadership skills across project and business team
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 4 years of experience supervising technical staff
  • Must have strong back end development/analysis/debugging skills in JEE, Core Java, Design patterns, and query languages (SQL and JPA)
  • Must have a strong knowledge of back-end tier: Service and Persistence layers around Spring, and Hibernate or other ORM frameworks, and Rest Service framework with Tomcat, WebLogic, or other similar frameworks
  • Experience with DevOps implementation
  • Experience with WSO2 products
  • Solid knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Innovative thinking that can break down barriers and provide unique solutions
  • Willing to learn and lead the innovation to transform changes
  • Ability to suggest solutions to the traditional back office processes as per the new digital needs
  • Expert in written and verbal communications skills
  • Experienced in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Senior Officer, IT Security and Compliance

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide the excellent supports on overall aspects of Information Security, IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit and IT Compliance;
  • Perform IT risk assessment and produce actionable plan to secure bank’s application, data and networks.
  • Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Assess and develop up to date with IT security policy, standards and threats.
  • Collaborate with management and the related IT department to improve security posture.
  • Document any security breaches and assessing their damage.
  • Coordinate and update information security incident response document, ensuring processes and procedures are tested regularly in line with IT continuity, business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) policy
  • Promote cyber security awareness posture at all levels of management and employees, by maintaining and developing a positive culture of compliance against IT security policy, industry standards and regulations;
  • Identify and address a full range of issues from structure and policy, through to assisting in specific areas such as data privacy; data leakage prevention / monitoring; information rights management; third party security and cryptography;
  • Perform day to day IT security operation required by head of departments and management.
  • Minimize all risks including operational, information and cyber security risk
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Having 3 years of experiences within IT security related domain and working in financial / telecom / auditing industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Software Engineering or a related qualification, and/or demonstrated capability through past employment experience;
  • Holding any IT security related certification (ISO27001 LI, CEH, CCNA / CCNP Security) or from equivalent recognized organizational body is a plus.
  • Proven experience of implementing an information security management system (ISMS);
  • Experience in undertaking internal and third party audits covering IT governance and information security controls;
  • Solid understanding of IT and experience in developing IT governance, controls and best practices;
  • Proven ability to write easy to understand reports and deliver presentations on information risk management, systems process control and IT general control review reports;
  • Proven ability to author and revise information security policies and procedures;
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively and fluently with managers and staff, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in terms that non-technical managers and staff will understand;
  • Have a strong understanding of advanced threat detections, continuous vulnerability assessment, response and mitigation strategies used in Cyber Security operations;
  • An understanding of a business continuity role and/or policies processes and plans;
 
 

Senior Officer, Business Analyst (1 Position)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: IT Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Taking end-to-end technical ownership of digital journey implementation, solution development, and life cycle support
  • Analyzing, being prioritize, and communicate technical requirement for insurance solutions
  • Coordinating with main technology partners to implement new feature and solutions against tight development timelines
  • Representing technical solution towards our distribution partner on an operational level
  • Accompanying partner onboarding processes from a technical perspective
  • Working with implementation partners to design software solutions integrated into overall software landscape
  • Supporting insurance solution to shape solution development roadmap
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Solid experience working as a Business Analyst within insurance industry
  • Detail and demonstrable understanding of Underwriting, Claims, and Finances
  • Ideally 2 years of experiences working as Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in modern web development and backend architecture
  • Excellent ability to translate business into IT requirement
  • Fluency in English
 
 

Officer, Software Developer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot existing applications
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Build reusable code and libraries
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in application development in insurance company.
  • Good with logical analysis, data structure and algorithms
  • Good knowledge and understanding on OOP and design patterns
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases and ORM technologies
  • Experience with web server such as Apache Tomcat
  • Experience in Java, Spring Framework, GoLang is a plus

Officer, Report Developer (1 Position)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: IT Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Being understand the business requirements and designing reports for the business stakeholders
  • Participating in business analysis activities to gather requirement
  • Providing support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports
  • Developing/enhancing reports in Jasper Report and Oracle BI
  • Translating and simplifying business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the reports and dashboards
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL and knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL and SQL Server)
  • Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries
  • Understand key Financial and Banking concepts
  • Basic understanding with Data Warehouse and ETL
