Duties

Job Overview and Goal

The Procurement and Logistics Head will be in charge of the over-all inventory management activities of the company - from the identification of source, identification of buyers and in arranging all logistical requirement for inputs deliverables.

Duties
  • Check and verify the POS in the system
  • Working with Field Operation, and Sale support to gathering the ploughing service provider and register them in the system
  • Prepare and Issue PO
  • Working closely with suppliers to make sure the product delivery on time.
  • Working with transportation service provider to ensure the product is deliverable to the destination.
  • Working with Provincial Head (PH) to clarify the inventory needed.
  • Working with the Field Operation to collect the Farmer Purchase order document, Supplier invoice and product delivery in a specific time.
  • Prepare completely PO document every Wednesday for Finance to make payment on Friday.
  • Prepare related reports on a weekly, monthly basis.
  • Stock Monitoring and Stock counting in each Agribuddy’s Depot to ensure that all inventories are placed in a safe place and all quantities are secured.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from management time to time.
Requirements
  • Educational Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course, preferably with background in Agriculture Business.
  • At least 5-8 years related experiences

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attended various trainings and workshops related to trading, commercial operations, logistics management and other related programs.
  • Has experience in a culturally diverse work environment
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good skills with the Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience using any software application for supply chain management is an advantage.

Credit and Crop Collection Officer- Agriculture (2 Positions) Apply Now

Duties
  • Work with the Agronomist to oversee crop collection plans and programs of crop cycle starting form planting to harvest period, location of crops, size or volume, crop type and other important relevant data and information.
  • Prepare and monitor crop collection schedule.
  • Arrange a contract with the farmers and ensure mutually beneficial conditions that will make the partnership stronger and lasting.
  • Coordinate with field operations in terms of monitoring field activities during the crop cycle, especially during near the harvest period, and prepare corresponding progress reports.
  • Prepare reports that can be used for cash flow monitoring, budget forecasting and similar financial reports.
  • Work with the Procurement& Logistic team to arrange logistical requirement during the harvest and crop collection period; and manage schedule of transportation during crop collection from the source location to the place of the miller / buyer.
  • Develop a wide network of buyers, millers, manufacturers, and traders for various crops and negotiate a mutually beneficial contract with them.
  • Regularly monitor market price and other trading activities that would benefit the company and the farmers.
  • Work with Finance and accounting team to facilitate processing of payments to the farmers.
  • Prepare related reports on a weekly, monthly basis.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years related experience in sales

  • Attended various trainings and workshops related to agricultural activities, business trading and other related programs.
  • Willingness to work and stay for long periods in remote area.Has experience in a culturally diverse work environment
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good skills with the Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must possess knowledge in crops like paddy (rice), maize and cassava
