Announcement Description

Bridge Specialized Bank Plc is the local established Bank incorporation in late 2014 formerly known as Oxley-Worldbridge Specialized Bank Plc. Our products are Housing Loan, Business Loan, Vehicle Loan, Loan for SME, Personal Loan, Inventory Loan, and many more flexible financings to meet costumers needs. Currently, the Bank manage its Total Loan portfolios around 11 Million USD and around 16 Million in Total Asset.

We aim to provided flexible, convenient, innovative, and integrated financing trusted by leveraging core banking platforms and engaging our stakeholders to provide our costumer growth their income and expand their business.

Duties
  • Manages computer operations, basic networking, user helpdesk, and user computer training;
  • Coordinates the work of all employees assigned to the support group including operations, training;
  • Assists team members in Technical Support activities for the system;
  • Compiles, maintains, and reviews all reports, daily support ticket;
  • Proper documentation on all the system deployed within the company is in place and up to date;
  • Collecting all the feedback from the end user on all the systems deployed in the company environment and circulate to all the related parties;
  • Act as a central of communication point for IT department;
  • Produce monthly reports for management that relate to computer use, priorities, and downtime;
  • Works closely and cooperatively with all IT sections to achieve the IT department goals;
  • Assist in all the task which assigned by the line manager and/or head of IT Infrastructure;
  • To be proactive in responding to user issues and maintain “sense of urgency” at all time;
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software;
  • Conduct and report daily maintenance check (Daily Maintenance Check List, Prepare Machine Check List);
  • Monitor the system including workstation, Office Equipment, Security Camera and provide preventative reports on any suspicious finding;
  • Report on operational tasks and maintenance in Monthly basis;
  • Other task as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Holding bachelor degree in Computer science/programming
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking/MFI sector
  • Object oriented programming concept & language Java, VB.Net, C#, and .Net Framework SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Oracle
  • Good analytical skill, interpersonal and detailed oriented
  • Good sense of judgment and problem solving
  • Understanding of IT Service Management – ITIL is a plus
  • Understanding about IT security is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good written and spoken English

Duties
  • Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment

  • Process loan and write up credit memo
  • Promote bank products and services to existing and new customers
  • Prepare loan report as required by supervisor and/or manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Banking and Finance or any related field
  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
  • Effective presentation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in spoken and writing skill both in English and Khmer.

Duties
  • Cash handling such as control cash transactions and detect counterfeit note.
  • Control all cash foreign exchange transactions
  • Responsible for vault room and all cash-till management
  • Control all transactions into core banking system
  • Coach and support teller, Ensure staff and teller are trained and compliance with procedures
  • Prepare Repayment Schedule for customer and make sure crucial information are well informed to costumer.
  • Prepare CTR and cash report such as daily report and weekly report to HQ
  • Provide opening and closing account for customer
  • Write and Issue bank check payment and loan disbursement.
  • Provide monthly accounts reconciliation statement to Branch Manager
  • Coach and support teller, and other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Account, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experienced with banks or MFIs.
  • Good command both spoken and writing English
