IT Project Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders and establish effective communicate with various levels of personnel.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
  • Able to work on tight schedule, and deliver within the stipulated timeframe or SLA agreed/established with stakeholders and within approved budget allocated.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents adhering to SDLC guidelines, Project & Quality Management Framework, Process & Compliance.
  • Proper planning, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Set clear message, transparent update and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate and available tools
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Establish Post Implementation Review for each project undertaken for further improvement.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ancillary on the above.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor/Master in IT / Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years in working experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Excellent communication skill with good attitude
  • Strong knowledge of project management planning principles, tools and techniques
  • English writing and speaking proficiency is a must
  • Adaptable, flexible and committed
  • A self-starter and can work with minimum supervision
  • Certifications in project management professional will be an advantage
 
 

Senior IT Application Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide support to business application s such as core banking system, Internet/mobile banking application and ATM services.
  • Manage application change request.
  • Develop report for business user.
  • Develop in-house application.
  • Ensuring the Applications Management function is aligned with company strategy.
  • Enhancement on existing systems/application and specify the impact.
  • Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle.
  • Design system for new requirements and specify impacts against the existing programs.
  • Perform SIT and support UAT.
  • Prepare IT related reports.
  • Manage IT related request from business user.
  • Coordinate with IT related vendors.
  • Support daily batch job running.
  • All other matter ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Associate/Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in programming languages and in user’s application development tools, such as C#, JAVA, J2EE, SQL, Python, Visual Basic, JBoss and WebSphere.
  • Experienced in ICBA core banking system is preferable.
  • Experienced in working with databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL.
  • Experienced in doing Web Applications- Java Web application or .NET Web application is a plus.
  • Depth understands the software development life cycle (SDLC).
 
 

Senior Technical Support Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to end users.
  • Provide support to ATM related issues.
  • Support Infra team on network and server related tasks.
  • Make sure computers and peripherals are properly functioning.
  • Make sure workstations are updated with latest security patches and anti-virus definitions.
  • Implement initiatives/projects from both local and Group.
  • Procure IT equipment.
  • Update IT asset/stock.
  • Support IT security related tasks.
  • Perform system end-of-day, end-of-month, start-of-day batch execution and monitoring.
  • Maintain system IDs.
  • Make sure all system backups follow schedules and properly logged.
  • Produce IT support report for management.
  • Provide support to BCP and DR exercises.
  • Liaise with various vendors on IT service support.
  • Respond to IT audit remediation requirement.
  • All other matter ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related degree.
  • Minimum 2 years in related/similar field working experience, preferable in banking/financial services industry.
  • Sound knowledgeable of banking products and process.
  • Experience in providing IT support to end user.
  • Experience in workstations (laptop/desktop) and peripherals.
  • Experience in setting up servers, both Microsoft and Linux.
  • Experience in setting up and maintain IT system/infrastructure.
  • Experience in setting up LAN/WAN and telecommunication networks.
  • Good communications skill, in both Khmer and English.

Senior Trade Finance Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist Trade Operation Manager to manage trade finance operation, ensure compliance with the Bank’s procedure.
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks of trade finance transactional processing.
  • Approve and check Trade products, within agreed limit thresholds determined by your band and experience.
  • Act as a point of reference and give instruction on technical issues for Trade to staff and external/internal customers.
  • Assist Trade Operation Manager to build technical training of staff
  • Manage the implementation of process changes as appropriate
  • Consider continuous improvement suggestions with technical content for approval and implementation.
  • Ensure all strategy and work undertaken is consistent with and according to our published policies to minimize risk to the Bank.
  • Support all sales person such as BREs, BRMs, BMs in promoting Trade Finance.
  • Advise action to be taken on losses, monitoring trends, amending procedures and giving advice to staff.
  • Check and ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects / tasks as directed.

  • At least Bachelor’s degree/ Professional Qualification in accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial institution.

Senior Human Capital Services Executive

Position Summary

Job Description:

The prospective incumbent is to monitor, manage and promote the effectiveness of their performance at the maximum through labor compliance to safeguard MCP’s compliance obligation and supporting relevant stakeholders on the HR administration.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure MCP is complying with Cambodia Labor Law i.e. process staff movement declaration, quota of using expat request, work permit, visa extension, … etc.
  • Deal with Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and Labor and Ministry of Interior on labor inspection and other related matters.
  • In charge of HC auditing by attending to Internal Audit, External Auditing, Group Auditing, and GDT Audit.
  • Support day to day HC administration work i.e. produce org chart, develop HR forms, … etc.
  • Responsible for other task that may assign from line manager from time to time.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree of HRM, Business Administrative and other relevant qualifications.
  • As a minimum 2 years' experience in this field.
  • Good comments in Cambodia labor law and practice.
  • Good command of written and spoken of English language.

Senior Business Relationship Executive

Position Summary

Job Description: The prospective incumbent is responsible for marketing and processing commercial loans and assisting internal controls.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Market and process consumer and commercial loans in achieving the branch financial targets in loans and advances and assist in internal controls in credit are adequate and in compliance to the Bank's policies to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Ensure prompt loan repayment and interest servicing.
  • Timely issue Letter of Offer and acceptance by customers.
  • Ensure loan applications are processed within the Bank’s guidelines.
  • Monitor utilization of credit facilities within sanctioned limits and in compliance with conditions f approval imposed.
  • Renew the application for Accommodation (AAs) in timely manner.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Professional Qualification in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good command of written and spoken of English language.
  • Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Position Summary

Job Description: The prospective incumbent is to review and discuss the audit findings/conclusions and recommendations with appropriate levels of management to ensure that they are consistent with Maybank Group’s policies and procedures and business objectives as well as in line with the best practices establish.
