Deputy Customer Service Manager (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manage, organize, implement cash collection according the daily, weekly, monthly target.
- Train customer service staffs about tariff and the way to communicate with customer.
- Control process services fee through monitoring, following up, visiting on outstanding invoices
- Help to handle defaults for some big amount of customers
- Help to find customer in development the coverage area to make sure that areas are suitable in extension
- Work cooperation with operation department order develop basic solid waste strategy major streets, small alleys, for other complex areas
- Lead cooperation works operation department showing streets, areas, places where we are operating services to be properly
- Deliver announcement, memo, policy, procedure the company subordinates

- At least Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Management, Sales & Marketing and or Customer Service.

- Ability to manage a team of 25 staffs.

Deputy Finance Manager (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Assist Finance Manager to participate in implementation of all necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of financial management service and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist Finance Manager to prepare financial reports and yearly budget for all branches submits to Finance Manager and, on the budget, planning (annual, reviews etc.,).
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and obtain authorized signatures.
- Codes and posts of bank receipts/payment vouchers.
- Compile accounting data and prepare a variety of accounting reports.
- Prepare Balance sheet account reconciliation with required documents.
- Protection of all company assets and register summary movement.
- Manage all accounting personnel to ensure that they are capable of working, property motivated and adequately trained and carry out their responsibilities.
- Manage the day-to-day Finance and Administration in daily functions and timely monthly closing of accounts.
- Checking and Monitors the records of daily accounting operations to ensure timely, reliable and accurate records for the company.
- Advise management on financial and accounting issue for decision making and immediate improvement.
- Checking for adjustment (Inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, tax adjustment, payroll, and accrual account).
- Checking all financial transaction and GL at all branches, and Consolidate financial report for 4 branches.

- Conduct internal audits which are assigned from Finance Manager to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of financial reporting as schedule.
- Supervise tax declare monthly and tax Profit Tax.
- Liaise with the authority of tax department, and external audit.

- Master Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, Business and Management, or a related area
- 3 or 5 years of experience in related work.
- Experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2016) is preference.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) with massive data.

Assistant Maintenance and Stock Manager (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Monitor the stock of spare parts, analyses the report and review the list spare part in stock.
- Key in the fuel and hydraulic, oil stock and analyses the report.
- Make sure control on the inventory to avoid any fault (Spare part Stock, Fuel Hydraulic, oil).
- Key in all the shift report for transfer area and land field.
- Follow up with truck shift and fuel consumption.
- Responsible for purchasing all materials and spare parts for repair work in the garage.
- Responsible for preparing all purchase request, materials and spare parts related to repair work with more relevant parts (orders).
- Responsible for managing tires such as (broken tires, new wheels and other wheel changes ...).
- Assist the Manager in setting the date to change the engine oil.
- Responsible for arranging and receiving vehicle repair requests from the transportation department and assisting in the repair work as well as keeping the repair documents in order.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as staff attendance list, overtime list, leave / regular shift and other administrative documents required by the company.
- Assist the Manager in inspecting various occupational risks and safety at the garage location.
- Assist the Manager of the department in managing the inventory of the garage section.
- Supervise Stock keeper and Fuel Attendance.

- At least a year-3rd of the university in Business and administration, Management, or a related area
- 2 or 3 years of experience in related work.
