Area Sales Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.
  • Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate the Distributors and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance.
  • Establishes and grows senior level distributor and contractual sales relationships in the region.
  • Increases regional sales and profitability through new account acquisition.
  • Plan, implement, control and evaluate sales promotion activities.
  • Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results
  • Provide training to sales team and distributors to develop their potential and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree holder in sales and marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage with 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references and repeat business
  • Excellent in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application.
  • Excellent in writing and speaking English, Knowledge of Chinese language and other Asian Language is an asset
  • Able to travel and station in upcountry.

Personal Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for colleagues and visitors with good hospitality: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Perform diversified and confidential administrative tasks for the Managing Director and remain professional and approachable all times
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Organize, classify and keep a track of all documents and monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure that the executive office is neat and clean at all times
  • Organize meetings, take and circulate minutes of meeting when required
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, agendas, appointments and maintain schedule and communicate directly on behalf of the Managing Director

Assistant Manager, Safety, Environmental, and Security (EHS)

Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, EHS is responsible for Designing, seeking approval of and ensuring execution of required occupational safety, health, environmental, sustainability and related management system programs and processes. 

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing and managing Behavior-Based Safety programs, Regulatory training, environmental waste reduction and EHS Program Management to maintain and enhance Certification standards, as well as continuous improvement of key performance metrics through project management and initiatives.
  • Facilitate Risk Assessment Process (Health & Safety Risks, Environmental Aspects and Impacts) in order to mitigate risks. Coordinate with team and functional management, including HR, to manage injured workers including return to work programs.
  • Conduct or respond to health and safety assessments/analyses in plant to minimize health and safety risks
  • Lead the implementation of the facilities wastewater quality strategy compliance tracking and review/approval of designs.
  • Design and deliver EHS procedure and management system related training modules at five levels: New Hire Orientation, Annual Review, Specialty, Contractor, and Management
  • Develop implementation strategies, implement, evaluate and/or certify effective implementation of programs and standards.
  • Establish and maintain medical response program and emergency response organization and champion sustainability efforts within the facility.
  • Coordinate and communicate findings of internal and external audits to management staff, and ensure items of non-conformance are addressed and corrected according to schedule
  • Effectively translate safety and sustainability goals and objectives to all levels of the organization ensuring alignment on relevant performance data
  • Routinely review safety and sustainability results with plant personnel to maximize facility performance.
  • Foster an environment that supports an engaged safety and sustainability culture.
  • Participate in industry organizations to stay current on technologies, process and regulations
  • Seek, share and adopt ideas and best practices in and outside the Company and embrace change introduced by others
  • Design, implement and execute programs and processes to protect the safety and health of employees
  • Ensure facility compliance with good environmental practices and with applicable regulations.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with state and local regulatory agencies. Represent company on regulatory issues with impact outside local plant.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • 5-7 years’ Experience of heading safety at a manufacturing operations of 100 or more people.
  • Degree in Environmental engineering or management or EHS programs is desirable.
  • Knowledge of technical practices and programs used in identification and elimination of workplace hazards
  • Knowledge of worker safety regulations as they relate to manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of procedures used to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic hazards.
  • Ability to interact with government officials; Seek required safety and environment related certifications
  • Capability to Train and educate people on occupational health and Safety requirements at plant.
  • Ability to bring in a culture of safety to all in the operations
  • Trained on handling emergency response
 
 

Utility Engineer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Operation of water tube boiler, heavy fuel oil/diesel burner and good knowledge in steam components. E.g steam traps, steam piping, steam regulator and etc. 
  • Oil Free air compressor and pneumatic components. 
  • Cooling tower system.
  • Electrical system 22kV to 415VAC , power distribution and electrical components. E.g ACB/MCCB, switch gear, transformer, ELCB/RCCB, Earth fault relay/IDMT, earthing system and etc   
  • Gen-set (diesel) operation
  • WTP - Water treatment plant - multimedia system, carbon filter, softener, micro-filter and UV system.
  • WWTP - Waste water treatment plant - Chemical and Biological treatment system. 
  • M&E knowledge on utility piping distribution, electrical and electronic components, automation and PLC system. 
  • Building fire system, sprinkler system, fire alarm and hydrant system, FM200 and etc.
  • Building water distribution 
  • Building facilities, electrical, ELV(extra Low voltage) system.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 3 to 5 years of working experience in manufacturing utilities, especially in boiler, cooling tower, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, air compressor, gen-set and building facilities.
  • Hands on working experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of utilities systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical & instrument fundamentals and mechanical principle
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Able to use AUTOcad software to generate engineering drawings
  • Understand electrical single line diagram
  • Interacts effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Preferably with local authorities certified boiler operation certification.
 
 

Utility Technician

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Support utility engineer on daily utility operation.
  • Make sure smooth utilities supply from day-to-day operation, support and satisfy production needs on all utilities.
  • Plan manpower for weekly utility operation.
  • Carry out maintenance works with suppliers and engineering team.
  • Test, troubleshoot and perform and perform basic repair for mechanical and electrical systems (e.g motor, pump, valve and electrical components)
  • Good knowledge in boiler system, air compressor system, cooling tower system, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, gen-set, building facilities, cool and chilled room systems.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree or Higher diploma in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 2 to 4 years of working experience in manufacturing utilities, especially in boiler, cooling tower, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, air compressor, gen-set and building facilities.
  • Hands on working experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of utilities systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical & instrument fundamentals and mechanical principle
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Understand electrical single line diagram.
  • Preferably with local authorities certified boiler operation certification.
  • Possess forklift driving license or certificate is preferred
 
 

Production Technician

Position Summary

Job Purpose/Summary: To operate and solve issues of various types of machinery in production line with required standard of product quality, following strict on Safety Regulations, performing routine maintenance checks, willing to work on shifts and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform the Basic Equipment Care (BEC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and report any fault to supervisor
  • Record the machine breakdown, machine output, wastage on time and accurate and report to supervisor
  • Ability to identify the rout cause and solving issues of machine breakdown or abnormality
  • Perform CIP/COP, sanitation process and involved in chemical handling/preparation
  • Properly fills out all daily records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions
  • Drive innovation and improvement production line to increase Productivity with a safe operating environment
  • Maintain Production variance and ensure the required materials are a variable fully operation
  • Fully compliance with related company policy and regulations in responsible areas
  • Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Food and Chemical or related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1-year experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Experience of plant start up, commissioning would be preferable
  • Basic Math Skill and Basic Computer Skill
  • Knowledge in HACCP and LOTO
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Willing to learn the new things and oriented, willing to work overtime if required
  • Respectful of deadlines, as assigned by suppervisor

QA Technician

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • On line checking
  • Line sanitation sampling  testing
  • CIP solution test  on site checking
  • Check  process control parameters
  • Sampling, checking  testing  ensure test parameters fall within specification. This  carried out through sampling  laboratory testing  per QA plan  highlight  non-conformances
  • Daily Water Testing
  • Raw material  Primary Packaging Material Sampling, Checking & Testing
  • Microbiological Testing
  • Finished  Physiochemical  Sensory Testing
  • Sample arrangement  incubation
  • Maintenance  calibration  lab equipment
  • Data entry  compilation  review
  • Record  Certificate  Analysis keeping  review
  • Assist  supervision  finished  (trial run & non-conformance) sorting by production  any other task assigned.
  • Carry out 5’S, Good Laboratory Practices,  well  following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Diploma  Bachelor Degree  Food Technology  related field and Fresh graduates  welcomed  apply
  • Good analytical skill
  • Preferably  laboratory skills
  • Preferably one  of experience  QA/QC in  food  beverage  industry
  • Able  move around  withstand  production environment (warm, noisy  wet)
  • Willing  rotate  different job scope/ task  assigned and  rotating shift.
  • Able  to speak, read, write  English
  • Mandarin  will  an added advantage
  • Basic computer  such  Word  Excel
