Deputy Compliance Manager (1 Position)
Reporting to: Chairman
- Identify and mitigate Active People’s non-compliance, legal and reputation risks;
- Implement and ensure daily operation compliant with laws, regulations and industrial standards issued by regulatory bodies, creditors, other stakeholders and the company’s policies and procedures;
- Act as the liaison between Active People and Regulators (NBC ) and external lawyer or law firm;
- Report periodically or eventually on Compliance and other issues to Board of Director;
- Involve in developing the environmental and social policies and procedures;
- Monitoring and execute annual environmental and social protection plan in conjunction with related department and business partners;
- Monitoring on Environmental and Social Training;
- Prepare and communicate with internal/external auditors and examiners;
- Establish and maintain internal policy, procedures and manual of compliance;

- Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Management, Public Relationship or any related fields,

- 2-5 year experiences in the following field of Banking or MFIs, or other financial industry,
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals,
- Dealing with problems involving multiple variables in somewhat non-standardized or non-routine situations,

- Good command of English in both written and spoken.

HR Officer
Reporting to: HR Manager
- Assist the HR Manager & HR Leader to coordinate and to execute on the overall of HR function;
- Be able to plan the HR Annual program, monitor, compile and present to Management on Performance Appraisal, Bonus, promotion, etc.
- Prepare of HR monthly and yearly reports to HR Manager.
- Conducts orientation program to new employees regarding to policies, rule, and regulation;
- Assist in implementing and maintaining of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all the applicable employment laws, statues and regulations.;

Instructor (1 Position)
Reporting to: To guide with exact employee’s roles
- Inspect the policies enforcement all branches
- Prepare and update the new lessons
- for old and new staffs training based on the updated regulations.
- Make the audit report for management
- Review and comment on the collection outcomes for Collection Officer
- Find out the new solutions over the new trouble in order to address
- Review and comment to Sales Officer regarding core skills to enhance the customer and staff’s communications
- Review and perceive with good strategies to all branches for strengthening internal enforcement
- Must have good relations with other staffs for the development purpose
- Share the ideas on saving the expense from some employees in order to obtain the stability and safety.
- Must keep the internal information and documents confidential even relatives do not reveal.
- Must be willing to work and respect with its own roles effectively
- Avoid the repeated mistakes that can impact your task and company
- Be responsible on preparing documents orderly, lock the key, turn off computer, phones, the air conditioner, and electricity tools. And, observe carefully before leaving the office.

- Perform credit analysis based on credit principles, policies, and regulation,
- Assist to resolve the customers issue or consult whenever they required.

- Daily posting loan repayment and expenses into system;
- Daily check and receive cash from tellers;
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements;
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
- Prepare assets registration and depreciation;
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;

- Graduated Bachelor of Accounting or related field;
