Active People’s Microfinance Institution Plc. is a hundred percent shareholder of Business Partner Co., Ltd (Japanese’s financial company) and we obtained legally license from National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) since 2011. Our commitment is to contribute to the economic and social development of Cambodia by providing variety of popular products such as Quick Loan (QL), Business Loan, Motor Installment Loan, Agriculture Machine Loan (AML), Electronic Installment Loan, and other consumption loan. Currently our operational areas based in Phnom Penh (7 branches), Siem Reap, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Kampong Cham, Tbong Khmum, Takhmao, Prek Pnov, Kampong Speu and Takeo, province. Announcement Positions

Deputy Compliance Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

Reporting to: Chairman

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate Active People’s non-compliance, legal and reputation risks;
  • Implement and ensure daily operation compliant with laws, regulations and industrial standards issued by regulatory bodies, creditors, other stakeholders and the company’s policies and procedures;
  • Act as the liaison between Active People and Regulators (NBC ) and external lawyer or law firm;
  • Report periodically or eventually on Compliance and other issues to Board of Director;
  • Involve in developing the environmental and social policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring and execute annual environmental and social protection plan in conjunction with related department and business partners;
  • Monitoring on Environmental and Social Training;
  • Prepare and communicate with internal/external auditors and examiners;
  • Establish and maintain internal policy, procedures and manual of compliance;
  • Other additional task assign by Chairman.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Management, Public Relationship or any related fields,
  • Cambodian only,
  • 25-35 years old
  • 2-5 year experiences in the following field of Banking or MFIs, or other financial industry,
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals,
  • Dealing with problems involving multiple variables in somewhat non-standardized or non-routine situations,
  • Dynamic, pleasant, hardworking, honesty and healthy,
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 
 

HR Officer

Position Summary

Reporting to: HR Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Manager & HR Leader to coordinate and to execute on the overall of HR function;
  • Be able to plan the HR Annual program, monitor, compile and present to Management on Performance Appraisal, Bonus, promotion, etc.
  • Prepare of HR monthly and yearly reports to HR Manager.
  • Conducts orientation program to new employees regarding to policies, rule, and regulation;
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all the applicable employment laws, statues and regulations.;
  • Other task assign by HR Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Male/Female;
  • Age 22 to 35 years old;
  • Graduated Bachelor of Law, Management, Finance and Banking, Human Resource, or equivalent;
  • Experience at least 1 year as HR role in Bank or MFI;
  • Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill;
  • Team work and willing to work under pressure.

Instructor (1 Position)

Position Summary

Reporting to: To guide with exact employee’s roles

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Inspect the policies enforcement all branches
  • Prepare and update the new lessons
  • for old and new staffs training based on the updated regulations.
  • Make the audit report for management
  • Review and comment on the collection outcomes for Collection Officer
  • Find out the new solutions over the new trouble in order to address
  • Review and comment to Sales Officer regarding core skills to enhance the customer and staff’s communications
  • Review and perceive with good strategies to all branches for strengthening internal enforcement
  • Must have good relations with other staffs for the development purpose
  • Share the ideas on saving the expense from some employees in order to obtain the stability and safety.
  • Must keep the internal information and documents confidential even relatives do not reveal.
  • Must be willing to work and respect with its own roles effectively
  • Avoid the repeated mistakes that can impact your task and company
  • Be responsible on preparing documents orderly, lock the key, turn off computer, phones, the air conditioner, and electricity tools. And, observe carefully before leaving the office.

Position Summary

Job Location: Phnom Penh and Province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promote our product and service to target customers,
  • Prepare credit assessment and applications,
  • Prepare work plan for conducting preliminary credit interview, site visit for collateral, due diligence, and property valuation,
  • Perform credit analysis based on credit principles, policies, and regulation,
  • Assist to resolve the customers issue or consult whenever they required.
  • Be able to prepare report as daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Other duties as assigned by Chief Credit Officer.

  • Assist relevant customers need regarding our products or service,
  • Assist customer for loan request and analyze deeply regarding to our policies, and regulation,
  • Manage and resolve customer’s complaints and report to line of management for improvement,
  • Input new customer’s information into system,
  • Other task assign by Chief of Sales Officer.

Accounting Officer (10 Positions)

Position Summary

Reporting to: Accounting Leader

Job Location: Phnom Penh and Province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily posting loan repayment and expenses into system;
  • Daily check and receive cash from tellers;
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements;
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
  • Prepare assets registration and depreciation;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;
  • And other task assign by supervisor.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Male/Female;
  • Age 18 to 35 years old;
  • Graduated Bachelor of Accounting or related field;
  • 1 year experiences of accounting, audit, tax report in bank or MFI sector;
  • Knowledge in accounting standards CAS/ CIFRS;
  • Computer literacies (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of English proficiency both writing and speaking;
  • Honesty, commitment, and patience;
  • Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill etc.
