Business Development Manager
Purpose of the Position:
To identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
- Identify new business potential by identifying customer requirements, defining market, market shares and growths, competitors share, advantages and weaknesses and forecasting potential new business.
- Manage market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of opportunities.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organization’s products and services.
- Lead meetings, and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests.
- Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
- Provides Business Development direction as aligned with the company’s strategic directions and objectives.
- Ensures that the division’s set targets are cascade and met.
- Assess marketability and profitability of products by researching, identifying and capitalizing market opportunities.
- Identify and negotiates for additional business and/or improvement of terms of existing business.
- Ensures that all business contracts are aligned with the Regional policies and directives.
- Gather qualitative market information through interviews with medical practitioners or field representatives, to get constant updates of market situation and market dynamics.
- Coordinate new business development projects and initiatives with other business and support units to ensure the smooth implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management or Science. MBA degree is a definite advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing and sales management pharmaceutical industry preferably in multinational environment.
- Good networking, persuasion, prospecting, presentation and closing skills
- Strong motivation for sales

- Computer literate, good command of spoken and written English, and research.
Medical Representative
Purpose of the Position:
- Visit doctor in hospital/ Clinic to generate demand (prescription and sales)
- Provide scientific and products information to doctors and get feedback.
- Regular field visit as the call plan provided by Medical Supervisor / Manager.
- Promote company products and services to existed customers (doctors, hospitals and clinics) and obtain new accounts in the assigned territory.
- Acquire and show a deep of products knowledge to convince customers of products benefit.
- Keep good relationship and develop for long term with all doctors in your own areas.
- Keep reporting on customers’ feedback, markets development and competitors’ activities survey.
- Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, prepare reports and making recommendations to management.
- Committed to achieve the personal sales target that provided by the company.
- Submitted the basic reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Working plan) on time to Principle
- Will be assisted other tasks as required by the top management.
- Bachelor degree in medical background is required, Fresh graduated also are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate based in this province is preferred.

Human Resource and Compliance Manager (1 Position)
Purpose of the Position:
- Manage full HR functions in ZPKH
- Support Admin (Office Management, Internal information to all department, SOPs for Admin).
- Manage Compliances programs of ZPKH
- HR Responsibilities:
- Develop and update relevant HR policies, guidelines and procedures to complies
- with Cambodia Labor Law
- Listen to staff’s feedback regarding company operation, and convey HR
- management message to all staffs. Resolve any misunderstand and conflict
- between the company and employee(s).
- Preparation for new staff contract, staff termination, record leave, employment book
- Purchase & Claim Insurance for staff
- Provide training Internal Labor Rule and other HR policies to new staff
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the Training Need Assessment is
- conducted to staffs.
- Make annual human resource planning and budgeting
- SOPs for HR
- Responsible for payroll processing and generate pays lip on time
- In charge of NSSF monthly declaration
- Responsible for work permit and foreigner quota application
- Ensure the staff movement declaration is done timely
- Responsible for staff recruitment to ensure for effective turnaround time
- Ensure required training are delivered to employee as per development plan if any
- Responsible for preparing all reports required by top management and corporate HR related to HR part.
- Administration Responsibilities:
- Temporarily responsible for Office Management
- Liaison with Government Officers related to regulation
- Sharing the internal information to all departments
- Hotel booking, visa extension and flight booking
- Ensure road tax of the company van and car are paid timely
- Ensure insurance and technical inspection of the company vehicle is renewed timely
- Ensure arrival arrangement of new staff is setup or prepared timely
- SOPs for Admin
- Compliance:
- Responsible for compliance program
- Coordinates compliance actives of other departments to remain abreast of the
- status of all compliance actives and to identify trends.
- Provide report on a regular basis, and as directed or requested to regional
- compliance team and general manager.
- Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a
- continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
- Provide training ZP Code of Conduct and other related policies to all staffs
- SOPs for Compliance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource or MBA is a plus.
- Good knowledge in Cambodian Labor law and HR compliance.
- Knowledge of overall compliance program (Pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
- Experience in Human Resource & Compliance is a plus.

Deliveryman (1 Position)
Purpose of the Position:
- Follow ZPKH’s compliance to quality policies, GSDP standards, SOPs requirements, customer, principals, and local regulatory and healthcare products.
- Dispatching stock from warehouse and deliver to customers by driving the van/truck.
- Accuracy of clearance the invoices and cash collection.
- Count and verify the accurate quantity of stock before loading and delivery
- Ensure stocks are in good quality and saleable condition before loading and during delivery transit
- Ensure documents are properly filled up such as manifest, invoices, and delivery note (if any)
- Immediately report to Warehouse or Deliver Admin any discrepancy on quantity and quality during the process
- Delivery to customer follows the schedule or a per delivery instruction on invoice
- Ensure all credit invoices have customers signature with date and customer's name to acknowledge the credit given
- Ensure all COD invoices are collected during delivery or seek approval if invoice will be converted to credit
- Contact immediately the Delivery Admin if there will be concerns or issues during delivery
- Remit the collection, Official Receipt and Invoice to Finance assigned staff within agreed schedule
- Together with the Finance staff, check completeness of the Invoices with those in the Manifest
- Ensure pending invoices undelivered will not be received by Finance
- Secure signature of receipt of collection and documents by Finance
- Submit the signed Manifest which already checked and signed by Finance to Delivery Admin
- Count and check the cash to make sure it is accurate before giving to cashier
- To drive and delivery company products to everywhere within city.
- To help and support on loading and unloading stocks from warehouse into truck/van and from van/truck to warehouse and customers.
- To keep the van/truck to be clean all the times.
- To be well regular check with the van/truck parts like engine oil…etc.
- To report immediately if any parts of the van/truck are going to break down.
- Will be assisted other tasks as required by the company.
- High school graduated.
- Good attitude and can work as a team.
- Self-reliant, honest and hard working.
- High level of motivation of driving.
- Having driving license that can drive truck from tourist van up to 2.5 Tons of truck.
- Experiences in driving to upper countries and its geography is a plus.
- Be able to travel to provinces and take long days of over-night stay.
