Duties
  • Drive the development of projects, develop detailed project development plan, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services / initiatives and perform postimplementation review after launch.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in e-finance related product development in banking, or in internet business.
  • Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new FinTech products and business models.
  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
  • Ability to create, own, and execute on the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap consistent with related divisions.

Duties
  • ATM and Card project:
  • Actively participate in ATM project with related parties (Risk, IT, Finance, Compliance Department and Vendor) on producing of business requirement, functional specification and technical specification documents.
  • Work with vendor on card, receipt and journal design.
  • Work closely with vendor, IT team and other related parties on ATM placement, ATM installation and decoration of ATM room.
  • Prepare manual, procedure and guideline of ATM and Card such as cash loading, ATM reconciliation, decoration of ATM room and Card management for standard procedure and maintaining a high level of security.
  • Prepare training material and provide training to related staff on cash loading, ATM reconciliation, card management, etc.
  • Handle and solve all ATM related incidences and fraudulent issues to maintain both customer and company interest.
  • Plan the UAT testing, develop test scenarios and test cases of ATM application, and perform UAT testing to make sure the system is applicable to real scenarios and in accordance to the requirement.
  • ATM Operation:
  • Monitor daily cash balance and ATM service quality to ensure there is no interruption for daily transactions and on-going service to clients.
  • Coordinate with vendor on ATM maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure ATM machine is properly performed.
  • Analyze the performance of ATM and make recommendation for new development or suggested ideas for improving of security system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banks (especially working in Card production and ATM support).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ATM operations, CSS functions in commercial banks.
  • Good understanding of operational risk in banking sector and NBC regulations.
