Announcement Description

Kampot Cement Co., Ltd is one of core business of SCG Cement-Building Materials in Cambodia and it is a leading cement-manufacturing company in Cambodia. We produce Portland cement Type I and Plastering cement at 5,300 ton per days with brand name K Cement. Our factory is based in Toukmeas and Dorng Tung district, Kampot province and our head office in Maybank Tower, Phnom Penh. Duties
  • In charge of sales of existing and new focused products to dealers.
  • Setting up of collaborative plan and strengthen dealer network.
  • Developing of new dealer and or sub dealer capacity to sustainable growth.
  • Following up and reporting market movement situation.
  • Collect & analyse market information.
  • Initiate sales strategy to reach sales target/volume.
  • Supporting Business Units, Suppliers’ need and deliver with high service level.
  • Providing feedback on areas of influence to company.
  • Visiting project site for finding opportunity to win and cross selling.
Requirements
  • Qualification and criteria
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Marketing or related field is required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with construction company or architect firm (preferable).
  • Knowledge of civil construction, sales and marketing (preferable) .
  • Age 21 – 28 years.
  • Good computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Reports directly to COTTO Sales Section Manager and responsible for taking care the customers especially for dealers and sub-dealers or construction company by providing the product knowledge and consultation of COTTO products to full fill customer’s requirement as well as propose the price and follow up with customer in order to close sales.

Duties
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with Dealer.
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing monthly work schedule to visit on existing or potential sales dealers.
  • Cooperate with SO team to arrange dealers’ shipment.
  • Prepare monthly reports, update market situation such as key competitor's movement, promotions, best seller models.
  • Answering All dealers’ questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  • Analyze the Retail and Wholesale market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Implement and monitor marketing campaigns and promotion through dealers and sub dealers.

  • Understanding of marketing communication, especially content marketing tactics (Original Content, SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing, and else) that provoke engagement.
  • Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), moderate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and eager to study and learn new digital applications to improve workability of the team.
  • Experienced in E-commerce or related fields is preferred.
