Position Objective : Garage Manager is responsible for the total organization of a garage/branches office, including the supervision and control of personnel. This incumbent hire, train, promote and terminate the services of employees aligning with the company disciplinary action. He/she is also to coach team member for enhancing performance and productivity.
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation, develop staff for growth with the company
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the garage & control, manage daily operation at branch
- Ensure that necessary spare parts, materials and equipment are available or obtainable at short notice
- Check the activities in the garage, inspect completed work for compliance with safety and other statutory regulations, and make sure defects are repaired or adjusted
- Maintain records of repair and service work, and make reports to detect recurrent faults
- Make sure the vehicle is returned to the owner in a clean and decent state
- Manage and oversee activities of the garage operations
- Evaluate plans and proposals related to effective values, policy limitations, cost of program and administration and recommend such changes as to improve quality, reduce costs or otherwise bring proposals in line
- To monitor and achieve budgeted revenue from the location by implementing dealer standard operating procedures and effective management of the service personnel

Position Objective : Support on Technical & Quality Control Managers is to ensure services/products delivery meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
- Technical Support Responsibilities
- Design & conduct customized training programs using combination of theory & hands-on training and introduce continuous improvement in the same
- Equip students with the necessary knowledge to manufacture vehicles, diagnose & repair real automotive problems
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Create and maintain a positive and professional interactive learning environment
- Integrate learning from customers, competitors, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve program quality

Position Objective : This position is responsible for managing and supporting information technology (IT), digital transformation projects, develop technology product and services if needed.
- Lead on company technology change the program
- Lead on technical project management design, development & rollout of technological solutions that supports company working model
- Ensure appropriate IT infrastructure is acquired and deployed to provide IT services, reflecting the challenges within the different locations by leading and delivering digital transformation projects, tools and solutions
- Develop automation solutions for manual systems to improve efficiency and ability to operate in geographical scattered operational and management teams
- Develop strategies to encourage users to use new technologies for the streamlines, shared and efficient way of working

Mechanic Supervisor

Position Objective : Mechanical Supervisor is responsible to directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. This incumbent oversees crews to complete original and additional work on time and correctly; and working with mechanical planners to amend, correct and add work instructions to document work performed.
- Oversee mechanics schedules and job orders
- Assign jobs to mechanics and create schedules to ensure that coverage for possible machine breakdowns is maintained at all times
- Oversee the training of mechanics and evaluate work and performance
- Inspect machinery installed and repaired by mechanics
- Maintain logs of machine repair and maintenance, conduct job performance assessments and keep track of mechanic production
- Ensure compliance with safety practices
- Review the safety practices of mechanics and ensure that all employees are following company and standard safety guidelines
