Senior Unit Manager, Enterprise Services & Middleware Apply Now

Report to: Head of IT Operations and System Admin

Working Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh

Duties
  • Manage team to monitor performance and tuning on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
  • Install and configure ESB software as per requirement.
  • Administrate and manage the existing Web Services & APIs and troubleshoot.
  • Design services process flow to support with system integration or third-party system.
  • Develop & deploy new webservice and API for new business requirement.
  • Administrate on security of all webservices & APIs and perform regular securities monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Documented standard API and webservice specification.
  • Manage and control access control list of the user and internal connection.
  • Review audit log and user access on API and Integration system.
  • Implement the Disaster Recovery, Data Continuity Plan.
  • Verify the existing procedure/guideline or new system deployment procedure/guideline to meet up to date.
  • Manage team to complete the tasks assigned by management and establish the activities plan.
  • Manage team to record the report of system issue, system change log, and system availability.
  • To ensure all services with high security and high availability.
  • Working with support team to solve the system issue.
  • Manage and consolidate monthly plan and report to Head of ISA.
  • To ensure services is running 24/7 without interruption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 04 years working experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies / IT.
  • Working experience with Microfinance or Commercial Bank is a plus.
  • Experience on Flexcube Webservice and Payment API is preferable.
  • Good understanding on PLSQL, SQL, VB .Net, C#, Java,…
  • Knowledge of Database such as Oracle, SQL Server, Cassandra DB,…
  • Knowledge of API Management, Service registry, Service Discovery an advantage.
  • Good experience of Web Services and system integration.
  • Good knowledge of ESB or Integration tools like Fiorano, Oracle ESB, Oracle Data Integrator, IBM Websphere, JBoss or other.
  • Able to work at night for solving critical issue or other tasks assigned by management.
  • High commitment to resolve the critical/non-critical issues.
  • Strong in staff motivation and encouragement.
  • Willing to learn new business applications and new innovative technologies.
  • Good at spoken and written communication skills both English and Khmer.

Report to: Head of Head Office Audit Department

Working Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh

Duties
  • Perform the IT Risk Assessment in prepare annual audit plan.
  • Prepare the audit plan, implement and monitor based on the annual audit plan.
  • Lead the IT Audit Team to review and test the control of IT Infrastructure, IT Application, IT Service Management, and IT Risk Management and evaluate the designed control and operational effectiveness to ensure that the HKL is complied with the internal policies, procedures, manuals, laws and regulators.
  • Prepare the risk control matrix, pre-audit checklist & analysis, audit program guide and audit working papers regarding to IT audit task.
  • Review the comprehensive of polies and procedures or manuals related to IT operation.
  • Prepare the audit report by providing recommendations to related departments.
  • Follow up outstanding issue and advise the related departments to rectify the issue in timely manner.
  • Ensure the audit quality and improve the staff competency.
  • Involve staff recruitment and review & evaluate staff performance appraisal, involve to set KPIs for IA staff.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related.
  • At least 3 years working experience in IT Auditor or IT experienced relates to IT Infrastructure, IT Application and IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of business services & products, internal control and system processes.
  • Clear understanding of IT audit methodology.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, self-motivated, high level of commitments and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Advanced analytical,organizational, interpersonal skills, commitment, management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Duties
  • Execute audit field work for information technology functions.
  • Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control policies & procedures and workflow process of information technology function.
  • Prepare draft audit report during field work, and submit to Head Unit/Team Leader.
  • Prepare supporting and properly document.
  • Assist direct supervisor to provide feedback on risk control matrix, audit program guide and working papers.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of computer science or related field.
  • Good technical knowledge and skillset both of programming and complex network levels.
  • Experience with DBA and standard programming concepts such OOP, Design Pattern and system design/analysis.
  • Knowledge of international standard, framework, regulation of information security is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal English and writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
