Sale Manager (1 Position)

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Manage sales team and pushing them to meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans, make sure our product penetrates to the market.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Represent the sales performance with writing report to top management.

- cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations

- fixed asset activity

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits

- Check inventory and stock and ensure the smoothness of operation
- Warehouse and inventory management
