Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Cambodian national with bachelor at least in business administration and HR management or any related field.
  • At least 3 years work experience in administrative and HR management.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian education sector.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Skilled with computer programs: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express, Email & Internet.
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated capacity and commitment to work in the role of service provider to people from diverse backgrounds, especially in the education field.

Sale Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

These positions are for Cambodia based only

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Manage sales team and pushing them to meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans, make sure our product penetrates to the market.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Represent the sales performance with writing report to top management.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Carry out other tasks as required by the company

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
  • month and end-year process
  • accounts payable/receivable
  • cash receipts
  • general ledger
  • payroll and utilities
  • treasury, budgeting
  • cash forecasting
  • revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • capital assets reconciliations
  • trust account statement reconciliations,
  • check runs
  • fixed asset activity
  • debt activity
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations

Account Officer (2 Positions)

Position Summary

These positions are for Cambodia based only.

The main goal of an Account Officer is to manage a company’s financial records, though an organization’s size and specific industry may affect their general duties and responsibilities. Some of their common daily tasks include:

  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

Inventory Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

These positions are for Cambodia based only

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

  • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

  • Prepare Stock Movement Report and send to related department
  • Attending in counting and checking stock
  • Checking on Delivery team to make sure that goods are correct
  • Control Goods delivery to destination place
  • Attending the performance of staff
  • Monitor and follow up all incoming and outgoing products
  • Check inventory and stock and ensure the smoothness of operation
  • Warehouse and inventory management
  • Writing reports of inventory and stock to management team
  • Others tasks assigned by supervision.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, business administration or others related fields;
  • 2years solid experiences in stock and inventory management;
  • Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and honesty;
  • Having a good communication and problem solving skills;
  • Strong leadership, organizational and influencing skills;
  • Able to manage effective team;
  • Dynamic and pleasant personality;
  • Able to use in both written and spoken English;
