Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Promote Etiqa products to the bank’s customers
- Follow up on prospects and build relationships with customers for up-selling
- Participate in sales and product promotion campaigns
- Build good relationship with bank partner for business development
- Manage pending and claim cases
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager
- Graduates from university with any fields
- Sales Experience at least 2 year up (Insurance is an advantage)
- Basic English speaking competence
- Enjoy meeting with new people and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, Self-driven individuals
- High Commitment, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Expectations - - Feedback to customers and control on company website and social media page
- Identify digital marketing to make company brand on the top rank
- Initiate creative and attractive ideas & artwork to post in Facebook page
- Develop contents and maintain company website and social media pages
- Develop promotion or advertisement strategies in digital
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree business administration, English or related filed
- At least 2-3 year experiences of marketing work and financial industry is preferable
- Fluency in spoken, writing English and computer literate (Excel, Microsoft word, and Power point)
- Able to communicate at all level with analytical and good representation skill
- Planning and organizing, co-coordinator, delegation, control, oral and written communication

Senior Executive, Internal Audit (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Conduct internal audit and risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline.
- Determine scope of reviewing in conjunction with the Direct supervisor/Manager,
- Establish risk-based audit programs and review the suitability of internal control design
- Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk control;
- Determine compliance with policies and procedures to be in place.
- Verbally communicate findings to Management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
- Performance other tasks are assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Bachelor degree of business administration, law and related fields
- 5 year experiences in internal audit working with life or non-life insurance business and/or financial industries.
- Able to effectively interact with the field (financial service and sales function)
- Able to work with multi-task environment
- Good command of English language and computer proficient
- Knowledgeable in medical diagnosis and able to analyse medical history
- Understand insurance policies and conditions
Senior Executive, Bancassurance Sales (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Setting and monitoring sales objectives
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and planning
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team as well as banks
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Conduct products training or sales presentation to Banks and make sure all bank staffs within your responsibilities have enough knowledge about all Etiqa’s insurance products
- Communicate and Work closely with banks
- Get requirement from Bank and access the requirement
- Prepare the request to send to support team to issue quotation
- Get the quotation and communicate with Bank
- Get confirmation from bank and proceed for further action
- Convince bank staffs to support the sales of our products
- Ensure all our Marketing Materials is Placed and Installed at banks
- Conduct site survey or meeting with client if necessary
- Process Insurance Renewal or take over policy for previous insurer
- Prepare sales report
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years-experience in bancassurance sales for general insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Be proactive
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Able to communicate in both English and Khmer
- Solid understanding of policies and products
- Be able to provide mentorship
- Strong leadership qualities.
