Senior Officer, Tax Apply Now

Job summary:

Senior Tax is responsible for tax reporting declaration by researching, interpreting, and implementing tax laws.

Duties
  • Laws and Regulations
  • Keeps update on new and revised tax laws and regulations, and recommend for tax implementation
  • Maintains legislative materials by reviewing and interpreting tax laws to the management
  • Regular Taxation Duties
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax return
  • Prepare and complete E-VAT in GDT’s online system
  • Files all tax related documents in a proper way
  • Identify tax issues and propose solutions to senior management
  • Dealing direct with GDT for tax audit purpose
  • Coordinate with accountants for AR and AP tax invoices
  • Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance or related fields
  • At least 02 years working experience with monthly and annual tax return
  • Passed Diploma in Cambodian Tax or Tax agent exam is preferred
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Law on Taxation
  • Good command in Ms. Office

Job summary:

Manager, Credit Risk is responsible for managing the company's credit risk performance at manageable level. Uses market researches and customers’ data analysis to develop credit risk strategy and lead implementation. Oversees credit risk assessment process following policy and procedures. Reports credit risk performance to senior executives.

Duties
  • Develop credit strategies to improve the credit performance by using data, statistical models and advanced analytics tools to optimize risk decisions
  • Lead implementation Credit risk assessment policy and procedures
  • Ensure up-to-date and effective credit risk assessment criteria
  • Lead credit risk assessment process
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the Risk Management Committee
  • Analyze portfolio performance and produce customer rating reporting
  • Identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis to isolate key performance drivers
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit to the relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with third party financing and ensure timely performance evaluation
  • Conduct industry at risk researches and analysis and reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage team’s performance and evaluation
  • Work with legal and compliance team to ensure strategies and policies comply with all the regulatory requirements
  • Other tasks assigned by Chief Executive Officer  
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or finance
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years plus working experience in credit risk management or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, and financial analytic tools are required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Report-writing skills in English and Khmer
