Working in a rotating shift structure, the Facilitator ensures every resident experiences a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment — day and night, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. This is a hands-on, heart-centred care role that requires emotional resilience, strong boundaries, and genuine commitment to survivor wellbeing.
- Residential Care & Daily Operations
- Supervise and support residents through all daily routines — morning wake-up, meals, hygiene, activities, and bedtime
- Maintain a safe, clean, structured, and emotionally warm home environment at all times
- Enforce shelter rules, schedules, and house protocols consistently and fairly
- Conduct regular room and safety checks; report maintenance, security, or hygiene issues immediately
