The Teaching Assistant (TA) plays a key role in supporting high-quality British education at RGSPP. This role extends beyond classroom supervision and care: the TA actively contributes to student progress, language development, behaviour standards, and the overall learning environment.
The TA works under the direction of the Class Teacher to deliver structured support, targeted interventions, and consistent pastoral care aligned with RGSPP’s academic expectations and safeguarding standards.
- Instructional Support & Student Progress
- Support delivery of structured lessons in line with the British curriculum.
- Deliver small-group or 1:1 intervention as directed (literacy, numeracy, EAL support).
- Assist in scaffolding learning for students requiring additional support.
