Location: Field based (with regular travel to target provinces and Phnom Penh office).
Position Summary
As the Social worker, you will be responsible for case management and direct social service, and will involve group work, family assessment, case work and holistic case management. You will maintain a professional, confidential relationship with the victims/survivors and assist in the supervision of others social workers. You will also assist in community-based support with families and in building networks of social support with other NGO’s in order to provide appropriate service for victims/survivor
- 70% Project Implementation to provide the social service support to survivors to improve from harm and tough situation
- Interview clients and assess their needs and respond to appropriate time.
- Conduct family assessments and/or other relevant assessments.
- Support and assist with cases of sexual exploitation, human trafficking and repatriation.
- Provide support to clients and their families during the initial investigation phases of their cases including interviews, testimonies and through-out the court proceedings.
- Share responsibility in covering the case supporting Hotline phones.
- Response and manage case intervention for both Sexual exploitation and Trafficking cases.
- Pick up repatriated victims from Cambodia International airport and arrange for the appropriate services to fit their needs.
- Arrange and accompany the victims to appropriate services such as medical forensic, check-ups and medical treatment.
- Accompany the survivors and their family to file the complaint at the Anti-police department.
- Monthly/annual report for project and involvement with donor report.
- Entry the data in salesforce and google drive.
- Reintegration survivors to the community.
- Coordinate the cases to seek supporting the vocation training center for victims/survivors.
- Connect with stakeholders and members in order to case referral and placement to live in a safe place.
- Engagement on the finance and Administration work
- Being transparency and accountability with regard to cash and project finances including cash advances and receipts of all expenditures
- Prepare the receipts, vouchers to make sure the documents are accurate and acceptable
- Make sure all the financial documents and relevant documents be in palace and signed
- 20% Engagement on the procurement and policy compliance with the Finance Team.
- Being transparency and accountability with regard to cash and project and project finances including cash advances and receipts of all expenditures.
- Work Closely with the Finance team on applying Finance workflow and procedure or any process.
- Prepare the receipts. Vouchers to make sure the documents be in place and signed.
- Prepare victims/survivors document relate to legal and administrative documentation be in safe
- Keep informing team about case progress and challenge for improvement
- Ongoing data entry to be on time and quality information
- Check in and response the email to appropriate person
- 10% Networking/ Collaboration/Coordination for case management
- Ensure all cases are supported and refer any victims/survivors to Chab Dai members and/or partners if shelter etc. is required
- Coordinate between AHTJP and AHT police provincial in order to investigate.
- Coordinate between MoWA/DoWA, and MoSVY/DoSVY for services provider and case referral.
- Participant the meeting to share the achievements, Challenge and solving the problem with all relevant
- Participate in the Quarterly meeting, Yearly with Social Work Network as invited
- Build strong collaboration and relationship with Stakeholders/NGOs partners
- Raise awareness on the victim’s right and child protection to relevant stakeholders during implementation of the project activities.

Admin and Government Liaison Officer

The Admin, and government liaison officer provides administrative and human resource support to Chab Dai’s People & Culture team and Government Liaison by facilitate in administration and government reports process for running smoothly. This role will include a variety of tasks and will work both internally and externally to represent Chab Dai Coalition.
This is a full-time position and reports to the HR &Admin Coordinator
Organizational Collaboration:
Chab Dai’s work is comprised of four main areas of work, or what we call “thematic areas.” These are: Movement Building, Systems Strengthening, Community Empowerment, and Survivor Restoration. Chab Dai encourages communication between and integration across all areas. The ideal candidate for this position will be prepared to work closely with projects to ensure the project given information is correct, People & Culture Department and Government Liaison.
- Administration Task

- Point of contact for all enquiries ( Chab Dai office phone and Telegram)

- Be a focal person to update Chab Dai’s assets list at least twice a year and work with the Finance Assistant to make sure asset is verified and approved

Accountant Intern
