We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Service Manager to lead client relationships and manage integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, on-time delivery, and high-impact execution of campaigns. Your role is crucial in delivering outstanding client service, growing accounts, and driving client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong and trustworthy relationships.

- Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management (ATL & BTL)
- Lead and oversee the execution of ATL campaigns including TVC, radio, OOH, and print.
- Manage BTL activities such as on-ground activations, events, in-store promotions, and POSM development.
- Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and provide insights for improvement
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and present value-added proposals.
- Continuously measure and improve client satisfaction through feedback and service excellence.

- 4–6 years of experience in client service or account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong experience in managing both ATL and BTL campaigns.

- Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimates using supplier rate cards
- Assist in managing end-to-end production of POSM materials (e.g., booth, standee, display rack, signage, branding materials)
