- Day to day project team coordination and management of a Climate-Resilient Agriculture project implemented by CIRD in Pursat, Battambang, Batteay Meanchey, Siem Reap and Kampong Thom;
- To prepare project implementation plans (monthly, quarterly and annual workplan), support the project team in implementing and monitoring all project activities;
- To provide coaching support to project field trainers/facilitators (9) on Climate-Resilient Agricultural production techniques and on farm business management;
- To provide market linkage support to the project target groups (Agricultural Cooperative and Producer Groups)
- To produce project progress reports (quarter and semester) based on the activities implemented and reported by all project team during the reporting period;
- To act as CIRD’s focal person in liaison with project partners at provincial level.

- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or higher
- Over work experiences in development projects support to agricultural production and commercialisation for 5 years
- Over work experiences in organising and conducting trainings, knowledge sharing workshops and meeting facilitation skills for 4 years
- Good background on farmer organisation and agricultural value chain;
- Strong commitment to work in the field, to meet the deadline and to achieve the expected results;
- Good in communication, information/data collection and processing, and in writing report
- Good communication skill and computer literacy;
- Acceptable level of English proficiency

Agriculture Technical Advisor

Expected Starting date: 15 June 2026
- Under direct supervision of the Project Manager and with advisory support from CIRD Director, the Agricultural Technical Advisor’s main tasks are:
- To provide technical assistance to Farmers Organisations (AC, PO) supported by CIRD on climate-resilient rice production and commercialisation, particularly organic and SRP rice as well as in quality rice seeds multiplication;
- To provide ToT and coaching support to project field trainers/facilitators and lead farmers on Climate-Resilient Agricultural production techniques and on farm business management;
- To provide ToT and coaching support to project field trainers/facilitators and lead farmers on rice quality control through implemention of Internal Management System (IMS) for SRP Rice and organic rice value chains;
- To provide market linkage support to the Agricultural Cooperative and Producer Groups supported by the project.

- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture with specialization in rice production; particularly SRP rice and organic rice or or higher
- Over experiences in rice and rice seed production and in developing and managing the quality control systems for 4 years

Research and Training Officer

- Under the direct supervision of Program Manager, the Research and Training Officer’s main tasks are:
- Assist CIRD's Program Manager in designing research project
- Developing research methodology, tools and conduct field research
- Research data entry, analysis and reporting
- Organisation, facilitation of consultation meetings and workshop as part of the research process and dissemination of results
- Design and lead the baseline, annual and end-line assessments
- Implement project M&E tasks of some development projects implemented by CIRD
- Track and report indicators and progress related to project implementation
- Support knowledge management within the program; and
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.

Field Trainers-Facilitators (4 Positions)

- Under the direct supervision of project manager; Field Trainer/Facilitator's main tasks are:
- To provide direct assistant and support to Lead Farmers (LF) and other project target group, particularly producer groups and AC;
- To be in charge of providing customized training on climate-resilient agricultural production to Lead Farmers (LF), producer groups and AC management committees;
- To conduct on-going monitoring and provide on-farm coaching to the project target groups under the responsibilities of each FT;
- Assist Project Manager in preparing project planning, monitoring
- To produce monthly reports on project activities implemented in his/her target areas and send the report to Project Manager.
