Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective interaction among key team players. Engage, assist, and support team members in shift meetings.
- Shift arrangement and job assignment to production operators to meet production process objectives.
- Monitor and report overall production process by shift/line to meet required standards on safety, sanitary and process.
- Supervise and coach team members on machine operation and basic equipment care process.
- Monitor quality check during production process
- Monitor sanitary in production hall to meet GMP and Safety requirements
- Discuss with and lead team members (QA, Syrup Room, Planning, and Production & Maintenance) in trouble shooting/investigating process.
- Cost optimization of raw materials, packaging materials, and expendable products.
- Deliver on time and accurate production report (material usages, losses, rejects and breakages) and issues of analysis.
- Develop team capability by providing on-the-job training, coaching, and performance management.
- Propose and manage and Sustain 5S, GMP and Safety in responsible areas.
- Maintain up-to-date records/evidence of employees' performance
- Attend to minor employees' grievances and inform superior of major grievances
- All executions are to be done in compliance with EHS, QA and Production standards and related company policy and regulations in responsible areas.
- Participate in continuous Improvement projects where improvement projects are identified and executed.
- Perform other valued added tasks as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and installations for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulic, pneumatic, sensors, gauges, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, flow meters and all other types of equipment at the plant.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to increase the equipment performance of the production line.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment or instrumentation under the control of an automated system.
- Execute the work order assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
- Alert the maintenance supervisor if there is any unusual occurrence or damage that has taken place or may cause a breakdown in the operation of machinery or equipment.
- Able to work on shift, flexible to work, and support production Lines follow the production plan and arrangements made by management.
- Conduct the 5S and GMP working area and workshop after completing the job.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, health, environment, quality and food safety
- Basic knowledge or experience in welding and cutting (hot work) is preferred.
- Good physical ability to work on a shift and strong commitment to complete the task
