- Enterprise operations and quality control (30%)
- Oversee daily operations of all SOS Cambodia social enterprise sites (schools, eco-lodges, agriculture, training hubs, service units).
- Support Project Managers to run enterprises with clear SOPs, pricing, staffing, and service standards.
