POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To provide leadership and management to Area Programmes in WVIC operating districts, responsible for leading and providing guidance to implementation of WV’s child-focused development programming in the assigned Area Programme office and to improve child well-being impact, especially for the most vulnerable children and their communities.
- Lead Area Programme planning: Lead the community engagement process and the adaptation of Technical Programmes in the Area Programme.
- Manage projects effectively: To ensure that programmes and projects are producing quality outputs as required by National Office Technical Programme and Community Engagement and Planning (TP/ CESP) Our Vision: Our Vision for every child, life in all its fullness. - Manage resources: To provide strategic leadership and oversight to all projects funded by either sponsorship, grant and/or Private Non-Sponsorship (PNS) in the Area Programme office. Grant Management: facilitate the appropriate integration and smooth implementation of private and grant funded projects within the assigned Area Programme Office.
- Manage sponsorship integration: Manage quality and accountability in sponsorship, oversee sponsorship standards and compliance in the Area Programme Office.
- Negotiate and manage multi-level partnerships: Manage, model and support effective partnership implementation, work with both internal/external stakeholders and partners to build quality relationships. Network to achieve enhanced programming quality at WVI-C Operating District, and accomplish child wellbeing objectives in the target area.
- Ensure team effectiveness: Influence, lead and grow others, build trusting relationships with staff, motivate staff, facilitate teamwork, promote innovation and continuous improvement. - Experience in NGO / development sector (in the area of project management, donor financial management) for 4 years
- Experiences in leading and managing team, (supervisory role) for 3 years
- Experience with training & coaching staff in technical skills and required competencies.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with government and NGO partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (written and verbal).
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, communication and people management skills (including facilitation)
- Strong organizational and management skills to foster a collaborative team, increase efficiency and productivity.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The ADP Sponsorship Coordinator provides specialised support and coordination for the implementation of Child Sponsorship Operations within the ADP.
The ADP Sponsorship Coordinator works closely with ADP team and community volunteers to ensure processes to ensure well-being of sponsored and non-sponsored children are in place and the organizational requirements related to sponsorship are met according to sponsorship standards and policies.
Apply Sponsorship in Programming principles to ensure sponsorship processes integrate with the programme and community efforts: i) to care for and protect children; and ii) to strengthen children’s participation, and that registered children participate and benefit from programme activities.
Facilitate the primary link between the child sponsors and children to ensure quality communications with efficient delivery according to standard.
- Sponsorship Management and Coordination:
- Child Sponsorship essentials: Manage Child Sponsorship as a transformative relationship of children and sponsors, fulfilling donor promise.
- Child, family and community’s experience of Sponsorship: Manage the operations of Child Sponsorship within the Area Programme to ensure community, family, and children’s experience of every aspect of sponsorship is enjoyable, transformative and that children’s views are actively considered through feedback processes.
- Integration and planning: Support the ADP Manager to ensure Sponsorship is included within ADP plans to maximise integration with programme activities and to support development of Community-Led Care & Protection and Children’s Participation and Voice within the community.
- Sponsorship in Programming:
- Sponsorship Integration: Provide Sponsorship in Programming subject matter expertise and technical support to ensure Child Sponsorship integrated within ADP Annual Plans and TP and CESP activities.
- RC and MVC inclusion and participation: Ensure all RC are aware of major planned activities in the ADP that they could participate in and benefit from.
- Community engagement: Participate in sponsorship education processes and provide technical input on sponsorship messaging and sponsorship aspects of community engagement.
- Sponsor and Child Engagement:
- Nurture sponsor and child connections: Facilitate quality and timely communication between sponsors and Registered Children.
- Manage sponsorship activities to contribute to Child Participation, Life Skills and Voice: Ensure sponsor engagement feature opportunities (IL, SL, CR, CGV, CPA, CC, ADPR, DPR, etc.)
- Capture transformational stories: Ensure Quality Communication that captures Transformational Stories to communicate with sponsors.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
- Child protection standards: Facilitate to ensure sponsorship data management, quality and practices are aligned to sponsorship and child protection policies, standards and procedures. Guidelines.
- Awareness: Facilitate awareness of community, sponsors, registered children and ADP staff on sponsorship protocols and standards.
- Risk management: Support in identification and mitigation of all risk exposures at ADP level and Sponsorship Risk Assessment Programme as part of the RBIA and other accountability review processes to manage implementation.
- Sponsorship Systems and Processes:
- Manage business processes: Manage Sponsorship Business Processes to achieve efficient outcomes. Regularly review or contextualise any business process where there are emerging problems in meeting standards.
- Child data record management: Coordinate child data record management (quality, entry in SSUI, monitoring, tracking, exception reporting, follow-up) in accordance with partnership standards.
- Systems maintained, updated and function: Collaborate with WVIT and NO IT in maintenance and update of sponsorship systems to ensure SSUI, child data, sponsorship systems and Horizon mobiles.
- Capacity Building, Team Management and Collaboration:
- Annual reflection: Facilitate annual reflection and assessments on community sponsorship understanding, child participation and voice and community led child protection.
- Sponsorship capacity building: Facilitate capacity building trainings on sponsorship standards, emerging practices in child participation, child engagement, SOI, CS, correspondence, rich media, business processes, manuals, policies and sponsorship initiatives to staff, children, community volunteers and partners - follow up its implementation and application.

- At least development facilitation in and with communities for 2 to 3 years
- In depth understanding and experience in Child Sponsorship with contribution to child wellbeing.
- In-depth understanding and experience in development program Approach (DPA).
- Demonstrated competencies in program planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of sponsorship policies, framework, systems and processes.
- Knowledge and practical skills in working with children with basic understanding of Child Protection and Advocacy.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To facilitate and implement the Technical Programmes using the WVIC development programme approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities.
- Uphold WVI Vision, Mission, Identify and Core Values while working as an agent of transformation for Child Wellbeing (CWB).
- Effective Partnership – identify, assess and build capacity to local partners to ensure the effectiveness of shared projects for CWB.
- TP implementation – work with TPO and based on learning, adjust targeting to address local child vulnerability issues and ensure the effectiveness of TP implementation in achieving CWB outcomes.
- Capacity building and ownership of community partners – provide capacity building to community partners include coaching and mentoring to ensure they are capable to initiate, plan, implement and monitor the projects.
- Registered Child (RC) and Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) inclusion – RC and MVC with age appropriate are included in the Transformational Project (TP) addressing to their vulnerabilities.
- Monitoring and Evaluation – implement monitoring tools based on Logframe, in collaboration with local partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in education, social development studies and related field of study

This position is responsible for providing transportation services to support project staff in a timely and safety manner. Responsibilities will be assigned by line manager in all project target areas as needed in order to make sure that activities are carried out smoothly and ensure that vehicles are maintained and ready for use, among other duties.
- Driving Service: providing transportation services to support project staff timely and safety manner which is assigned by line manager to all project target areas as needed,
- Regularly schedule for car service maintenance and reports
- Immediately report on any accidence of vehicle and staff to supervisor and admin.
- Compliance to safety and security of the WVI-C policy and the traffic laws.
