Key Account Sales Executive (5 Positions)

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Modern Trade Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for modern trade accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Develop strong relationships with store managers, category managers, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between company and key accounts.
  • Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals assigned for key accounts.
  • Develop account-specific sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure product availability and promotional execution.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Checking sale Volume everyday by outlets
  • Checking active outlet and pending PO and summarize it.
  • Preparing daily report sales supervisor/manager and make plan and strategy proposition to hit the target.
  • Updating customer list and daily sale report to Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • Checking stock, promotion, selling report to Sales Supervisor/Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing
  • Receive, verify, and process sales orders from sales representatives, distributors, and key accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, schemes, and product codes
  • Sales Support
  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments

Purpose: As a Sales Representative in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel, your main role is to sell the company’s products to hospitality businesses, grow market share, and ensure positive long‑term client relationships. This involves regular field visits, product presentations, reporting, and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Conduct daily visits to assigned HORECA outlets (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers’ businesses).
  • Actively promote and sell products to both existing and new clients.
  • Customer Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers’ businesses).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HORECA clients and provide ongoing service and support
