Sound and Technical Engineering Leader

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

We are looking for a Sound and Technical Engineering Leader for supporting in fixing and recording with a modern digital Sound System. Lead sound team and oversee the stage during the celebration. Maintenance and organize the stage, studio, sound system, multimedia and the technical equipment together with a team of volunteers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead sound setup and operation for services and events.
  • Mix live sound using digital mixers and conduct sound checks.
  • Record sermons and worship sessions for online sharing.
  • Train and mentor volunteers in sound mixing and recording.
  • Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot audio equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule the sound team for services and events.
  • Set up, connect, and troubleshoot audio equipment, including wireless systems and stage-snake boxes.
  • Manage and coordinate a team or volunteers for sound system setup and operation.

General & Technical Skills
  • Experience with digital mixers and live sound mixing.
  • Knowledge of audio recording tools (e.g., Logic Pro X or similar).
  • Familiar with wireless microphones, in-ear monitoring, and digital sound systems.
  • Ability to train and lead volunteers effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and strong problem-solving ability during events.
 
 

Visual Staff

Position Summary

The Visual Staff supports the MarCom team by producing strong visual content that communicates the impact and vision of ICF Cambodia. This role focuses on shooting, editing, and delivering photo and video content across platforms while growing in skill, creativity, and responsibility.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Capture photo and video content during church celebrations and ministry activities
  • Edit videos for announcements, recaps, and special presentations
  • Edit photos for screens, slides, reports, and communication materials
  • Prepare visual content and export files for LED walls or projection systems
  • Support weekend celebrations and special events with media production
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and basic production equipment
  • Organize and maintain media files and equipment
  • Work closely with the Social Media Team and ministry departments

Admin & Legal Coordinator

Position Summary

The Admin & Legal Coordinator ensures efficient administrative operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational coordination by managing government relations, legal registrations, asset control, contract oversight, and documentation systems. The position aims to maintain accurate records, organizational assets and confidential information.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support government processes (MoUs, registrations, reporting).
  • Assist HR with visas, work permits, and expat support.
  • Manage records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
  • Maintain and track fixed assets, including regular checks.
  • Oversee contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communication.
  • Support audits and verify financial/reimbursement documents.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Guest Relations Coordinator

Position Summary

The Guest Relations Coordinator assists the Head of Hospitality in leading and organizing all Mission Team and Guest Relations. The role ensures excellent preparation, clear communication, smooth logistics, and financial transparency, while collaborating with all ministries, lead and develop Hospitality Assistants in organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide Hospitality Assistants in administration, task management, and communication
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with guests and mission teams across all platforms
  • Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling
  • Plan and organize guest experiences (tours, meetings, ministry activities)
  • Prepare detailed guest plans and support VIP visits and itineraries
  • Liaise with ministry departments to ensure smooth coordination
  • Oversee and track all related finances (expenses, reimbursements, income)

Physical Education Coordinator

Position Summary

The Physical Education Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of sports and leisure programs for children and youth participating in the After School Program (Grades 1–6), Scholarship Students (Grades 7–12), and weekend activities. The role focuses on promoting physical development, teamwork, and character building while supporting the holistic development of children, including social and spiritual values.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and supervise sports and leisure activities for weekday and weekend programs.
  • Ensure activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and safe for all participants.
  • Develop lesson plans and coordinate sports classes such as football, taekwondo, and other recreational activities.
  • Maintain sports equipment and manage program resources within budget.
  • Perform other duties as required by the leaders of ICF Social and ICF Church.
  • Support program coordination including schedules and equipment.
  • Guide and support facilitators, assistants, and volunteers.
