Retail Deposit and Financial Services Sales Advisor (3 Positions)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Join to develop and implement effective sales strategies to mobilize deposits, ATM cards, and kind account for retail customer effectively and efficiently to reach LOLC’s business goals.
  • Strategize to expand the market penetration and identify potential target retail customers and build strong relationships. Initiative ideas to develop mobilization strategies to recruit new customers and keep existing customer retention.
  • Active to receive the directing and coach from direct manager at HO to ensure meeting the monthly, yearly plan.
  • Undertake regular market visits to recruit potential retail customers for deposits, ATM cards, and kid accounts and determine potential cross-sales to other products and services to reach business goals in the long run.
  • Organize the VIP retail existing customers' profile and maintain ongoing vigilance for early signs of potential loss of deposit, ATM card and kid account, execute strategy to build relationship with existing customers and keep them be loyalty and satisfactory.
  • Work with branch managers and relevant sales staff at branches to identify the opportunity selling growth, sales orientation to related sales staff at branches during branches visit and pushing the growth performance to ensure the achievement of business goal.
  • Understand customer and market dynamics and requirements necessary to initiate the enhancement and working with relevant parties to penetrate new markets.
  • Collect and consolidate the feedback and recommend on deposit, ATM Card and Kids account and strategy to delight customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and relevant departments to develop and implement marketing promotion and campaign on mobilizing deposit and raising awareness to the public.
  • Active join training to build the capacity to get the result effectively and efficiently to ensure strong growth of deposit, ATM card and kid account.
  • Discipline necessary for efficiency, good staff morale and promotion of the LOLC’s corporate image.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in managing deposit mobilization for 3 years as a minimum

Corporate Deposit and Financial Services Sales Advisor

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Join to develop and implement effective sales strategies to mobilize corporate deposit, payroll service and cross selling including ATM card, kid account for customer effectively and efficiently to reach LOLC’s business goals.

IT Security Associate

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review system logs, security alerts, and monitoring dashboards; perform first-level analysis of suspicious activities and escalate when required.
  • Ensure logging, alerting, and audit mechanisms are functioning properly.
  • Review and validate user access rights, privileged accounts, and account lifecycle changes; ensure timely disablement of inactive or unauthorized accounts.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews for critical systems and IT facilities, including Data Center and DR site access logs.
  • Monitor endpoint protection tools (EDR/antivirus) and verify security hygiene such as patch status, backup completion, and configuration compliance.
  • Coordinate vulnerability scanning activities and follow up with IT teams or vendors on remediation progress; assist in validating applied security patches and fixes.
  • Support Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site’s security control checks and highlight deviations or potential risks.
  • Maintain awareness of ISO 27001 requirements and support internal/external audits by providing required technical data.
  • Assist in preparing operational data for monthly security posture reports, including incidents, downtime, and regulatory reporting (e.g., NBC).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

IT Risk Assessment Specialist

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform risk assessments on IT systems, applications, networks, and third-party vendors.
  • Identify, analyze, and document technology risks and potential business impacts.
  • Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Compliance, and Business teams to address and mitigate identified risks.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs), control effectiveness, and residual risk.
  • Support the implementation of risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, or FAIR.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in audits, regulatory examinations, and internal control assessments.
  • Participate in development and enhancement of IT risk policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Support incident response and post-incident risk reviews.
  • Assess risk from third-party vendors and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Unit Manager/Chief Risk Officer.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in IT risk management, information security, or GRC roles for 2 to 3 years

  • Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud environments, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 27001, COSO).

Internal Auditor

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular branches and head office audit.
  • Prepare audit report indicating the findings and recommendations for supervisor’s review.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control system, risk impact and recommend improvement.
  • Conduct compliance check to ensure internal policies and law and regulation are fully complied.
  • Ensure accurate and sufficient documentation exists for supervisor review.
  • Perform preliminary data analysis and provide ideas on the result of the data analysis.
  • Conduct audit follow up.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within budgeted time for every audit.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting and related field is required
Work History:
  • At least of audit experience for 1 year
  • Work MFIs/bank experience is priority for 2 years
