Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation Documents for Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training LACMS, FWCMS and NSSF.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters)
- Manage office supplies and equipment (Purchase, Stock records).
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and dispute resolutions.
- Represent the company during labor inspections, audits, and dispute resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain internal rules, HR policies, and employee handbook.
- Manage employee contracts, renewals, and termination processes.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate HR support for shift work, production schedules, and attendance systems.
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and compliance…etc.
- Process payroll inputs and attendance records.

- Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing.
- Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders.
- All products are good quality and accuracy quantity.
- Check stock, before purchasing. Ensure the item available in stock or not.
- Verify and confirm specific with requester correctly before sourcing and PO making.
- Sourcing quality goods from approved local, and recommending new products and suppliers while focusing on the highest value at lowest cost.
- Negotiate price and follow up them by mail or phone.
