Senior Human Resources

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Schedule: Full Time (Monday-Saturday)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Preparation Documents for Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training LACMS, FWCMS and NSSF.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters)
  • Manage office supplies and equipment (Purchase, Stock records).
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and dispute resolutions.
  • Represent the company during labor inspections, audits, and dispute resolutions.
  • Prepare and maintain internal rules, HR policies, and employee handbook.
  • Manage employee contracts, renewals, and termination processes.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Support compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate HR support for shift work, production schedules, and attendance systems.
  • Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and compliance…etc.
  • Process payroll inputs and attendance records.

Work History:
  • Admin & HR experiences for 3 years as a minimum

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance knowledge, HR best practices, and factory regulations.
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: 20-35 years old.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution companies are more advantageous.

Customer Service Manager

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Communication with Customers.

Position Summary

Schedule: Full Time (Monday-Saturday)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Production Planning.
  • Responsible for creating the accurate production planning, production schedule and requisition of Raw Materials require, and ensuring it is properly executed by the Production team.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and coordinate skills with various inter departments, such as CS, Purchasing.
  • Prepare monthly reports Management review.
  • Controlling and maintaining optimal inventory levels at all production stages.
  • Planning to ensure the maximum utilization of resources, including machinery, workforce and materials.

Purchasing Staff

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Schedule: Full Time (Monday-Saturday)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules.
  • Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket.
  • Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing.
  • Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders.
  • All products are good quality and accuracy quantity.
  • Check stock, before purchasing. Ensure the item available in stock or not.
  • Verify and confirm specific with requester correctly before sourcing and PO making.
  • Sourcing quality goods from approved local, and recommending new products and suppliers while focusing on the highest value at lowest cost.
  • Negotiate price and follow up them by mail or phone.
  • Sourcing new vendors in better quality as well as better price.
  • Purchasing tracking report must be update in weekly and monthly.
  • Report is included PR Vs. PO Vs. Receipt Vs. Invoice and Noted.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Handle buyer inquiries and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly invoices.
  • Create and manage open orders for the Production team.
  • Issue delivery notes for the Warehouse team to arrange shipments.
  • Monitor order progress and coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any complaints or claims.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payment status and outstanding invoices.
