Job Purpose/Summary

The Assistant Operations Director supports the Operations Director in overseeing and coordinating daily school operations. This role ensures the smooth execution of administrative, logistical, and operational functions across all school levels (Preschool to High School).

Job Scope/ Decision Making Authorities

The Assistant to the Operations Director operates under the supervision of the Operations Director and plays a key supporting role in managing and coordinating school operations across all campuses (Preschool to High School). The role requires daily interaction with academic, administrative, and support departments to ensure smooth execution of school-wide policies, projects, and initiatives.

Scope includes:

  • Assisting in the execution of operational plans, logistics, and workflows.
  • Supporting communication and coordination between departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and reporting irregularities.
  • Managing documentation, scheduling, and tracking of operational activities.
  • Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of school-wide initiatives (e.g., facility upgrades, safety protocols, SOP rollouts).
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist the Operations Director in planning, scheduling, and documenting meetings.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as requested.
  • Maintain and update operational databases and files.
  • Draft and translate official documents in both English and Khmer.
  • Operations Coordination
  • Help monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with various departments (Academics, Finance, HR, Facilities) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track project timelines and provide status updates to the Operations Director.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Serve as the liaison between the Operations Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications and follow-ups with school branches and vendors.
  • Assist in organizing school-wide events, meetings, or inspections.
  • Data & Documentation
  • Collect and compile data related to student enrollment, facilities, staff movement, etc.
  • Assist in the evaluation and revision of policies and operational manuals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation practices.
  • Problem Solving & Follow-up
  • Help resolve operational issues by coordinating solutions with relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items assigned by the Operations Director.
  • School Participation
  • Attending staff meetings, training workshops, and parent conferences is required.
  • Participation in school activities, including field trips, events, and assemblies, is required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Education Technology Sales Executive (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Department: Sales and Business Development

Reports To: Sales Director, AYLA and Millennium Education

The Education Technology Sales Executive supports the Sales Director in promoting and selling AYLA and Millennium Education products and services. These include Smart Board TVs, Smart TVs, interactive systems for hotels, digital learning platforms, robotics, coding programs, and all educational programs under AYLA and Millennium Education.

The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build positive and productive relationships across the education, corporate, and hospitality sectors. This position plays a key role in revenue growth, client expansion, and brand visibility in the Cambodian market.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Promotion
  • Support the Sales Director in meeting sales targets and expanding the client network.
  • Promote and sell Smart Board TVs, Smart TVs, Smart Classroom systems, and related technology solutions to schools, hotels, training centres, and corporate clients.
  • Promote AYLA and Millennium Education programs, including STEM, robotics, coding, ELiF, CodeMonkey, KUBO, and other digital learning packages.
  • Conduct regular client visits to introduce products, provide demonstrations, and gather information on client needs.
  • Prepare quotations and assist with proposals, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Work with the Sales Director to follow up on leads and convert potential clients into confirmed sales.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain consistent and positive communication with existing and potential clients.
  • Record and track client inquiries to ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up.
  • Provide clear information regarding product features, pricing, warranties, and service processes.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, demonstrations, and formal presentations as assigned by the Sales Director.
  • Product Demonstration and Awareness
  • Develop a strong understanding of all products, including technical functions and educational or commercial value.

  • Explain how AYLA learning programs support teaching and learning across different levels.
  • Coordinate with the technical team on installation planning, training, and client support.

The scope of work supports both the academic and operational activities to ensure the Chinese curriculum is effectively implemented and managed across all levels. This role serves as a bridge between the Chinese teaching staff, the program manager, and school leadership, helping to maintain the quality and consistency of Chinese language education.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Academic Support
  • Assist with the design, review, and implementation of the Chinese language curriculum.
  • Coordinate teaching materials, syllabus updates, and lesson planning.
