Job Purpose/Summary

The Student Affairs Officer is responsible for handling student-related issues and concerns at the campus level. This role focuses on resolving student problems bor professionally, ensuring student discipline, enforcing school rules and prohibitions, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment in accordance with school policies and regulations.

Scope of Work / Authority

  • Handle and resolve student behavioral, disciplinary, and welfare issues
  • Enforce school rules, code of conduct, and prohibitions consistently rots >
  • Investigate student incidents and recommend appropriate actions
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management on student cases
  • Make decisions within approved school policies and escalate serious cases to management

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Student Discipline & Problem Solving:
  • Address student misconduct, conflicts, and behavioral issues on campus
  • Investigate incidents involving students and gather factual information Apply disciplinary actions in line with the school discipline policy
  • Provide guidance and counseling support when appropriate
  • Monitor repeat offenses and implement corrective measures
  • Enforcement of School Prohibitions:
  • Ensure students comply with school rules, regulations, and prohibited behaviors
  • Monitor campus areas to prevent violations (e.g. bullying, fighting, prohibited items, misuse of facilities)
  • Educate students on school policies and consequences of violations
  • Report serious or sensitive cases to the School Principal immediately
  • Incident Management & Reporting:
  • Record all student incidents accurately and confidentially
  • Prepare incident reports and disciplinary records for management and HR
  • Maintain student discipline files and documentation
  • Support investigations involving parents or external stakeholders when required
  • Student Welfare & Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for students facing personal, academic, or behavioral challenges
  • Refer students to appropriate support services or school leadership when needed
  • Promote positive behavior, respect, and responsibility among students
  • Assist in conflict resolution between students, teachers, and peers
  • Parent & Staff Coordination
  • Communicate with parents regarding student behavior and disciplinary matters
  • Work closely with teachers, homeroom teachers, and campus staff to monitor student campus staff to monitor student conduct

Job Purpose / Summary

The Vice Principal for School Operations and Academics assists the Principal in ensuring effective school management across both academic and operational domains. This role is responsible for maintaining teaching and learning quality, coordinating school operations, supporting staff and student development, and ensuring smooth campus-wide coordination and implementation of school policies.

Scope of Work / Decision-Making Authorities

The Vice Principal acts as the key support to the School Principal in managing day-to-day academic and operational matters. This includes oversight of scheduling, staff coordination, curriculum compliance, student services, and resource allocation. The role requires collaboration with faculty, administrative teams, and school leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Academic Coordination
  • Implement national and international curricula under the guidance of the Principal.
  • Coordinate academic calendars, teaching schedules, and subject coverage.
  • Supervise lesson planning and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
  • Conduct classroom observations and follow up with coaching or support.
  • Oversee assessment practices and maintain academic record accuracy.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Manage daily school operations including logistics, timetables, substitute teaching, and facility coordination.

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching and 2 years in academic leadership or coordination
  • Familiarity with MoEYS standards and international curricula (e.g., Australian, Singaporean)

  • Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, lesson design, and assessment practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Khmer fluency is a plus)

The Administration Assistant ensures the smooth operation of the school's administration office by providing support in documentation, communication, event coordination, scheduling, and reporting. This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day efficiency and professionalism of school operations.

  • Support the administration and HR functions under the supervision of the Admin & HR Manager.

The IFL Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the English as a Second Language program. This role supports the development and delivery of high-quality IFL instruction by providing leadership, curriculum guidance, and professional support to IFL teachers. The supervisor ensures the program aligns with educational standards and meets the diverse needs of English language learners.
