Senior Executive, Warehouse & Store

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
  • Determine and track most important store and warehouse KPIs, not limited stock variance, inventory accuracy, forklift productivity etc
  • . Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, handling equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Implement and execute inventory programs and processes to protect good quality of Raw Material, Finished Goods, packaging materials and adhere to standard of safety and health of employees
  • Routinely review inventory stock by conducting stock day with FI and Annually with both internal and external audit, coordinate with QA and planning to sort out potential Write Off material
  • Work with appointed transportation company and ensure timely deliveries of goods to customers/wholesalers
  • Regular report, update and analysis of inventory status and Store and WH operation performance
  • Responsible for the planning of raw materials order, usage, repacking, expiry store and working closely with production R&D and QA staff
  • Ensure operation of handling equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Managing and planning store operation tasks, activities and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports about store operation
  • Analysis the store & warehouse density, stacking utilization, design stacking layout, safety signages and conduct training
  • Identify and create new relevant SOPs and ensure they have clear communication and training to the team
  • Work closely with safety & GMP committees to ensure store and warehouse are 100% compliance
  • SAP system executes on time and accuracy

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in or MBA in business administration, Warehouse, Store and/or Supply Chain or related field.
Work History:
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and logistic operation (in bounce & out bounce) for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 3- or 4-Years relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, order processing and customer service.
  • Project Management Skill
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Team) and SAP System
  • Good in both verbal and writing English,

Supervisor, Regional Sales

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 4-5 sales representative, coach and guide them to manage wholesalers and end-customers in Phnom Penh to ensure they are handling all portfolio & healthy profitable
  • Manage, lead, train the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate customers to achieve sales targets
  • Know the area very well for number of customers, their volume potential and risks,
  • Conduct business review with top 20 key wholesalers,
  • Conduct regular visit to outlets to excellent service delivery is provided by the team,
  • Daily, Weekly and monthly sales performance review with line manager with clear explanation on performance drivers and action points,
  • Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities regularly,
  • Ensure that Sales team cover all daily plan call and deliver targets

Technician, Maintenance (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and installations for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulic, pneumatic, sensors, gauges, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, flow meters and all other types of equipment at the plant.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to increase the equipment performance of the production line.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment or instrumentation under the control of an automated system.
  • Execute the work order assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
  • Alert the maintenance supervisor if there is any unusual occurrence or damage that has taken place or may cause a breakdown in the operation of machinery or equipment.
  • Able to work on shift, flexible to work, and support production Lines follow the production plan and arrangements made by management.
  • Conduct the 5S and GMP working area and workshop after completing the job.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Basic Equipment Care (BEC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and report any fault to supervisor
  • Record the machine breakdown, machine output, wastage on time and accurate and report to supervisor
  • Ability to identify the rout cause and solving issues of machine breakdown or abnormality
  • Perform CIP/COP, sanitation process and involved in chemical handling/preparation
  • Properly fills out all daily records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions
  • Drive innovation and improvement production line to increase Productivity with a safe operating environment
  • Maintain Production variance and ensure the required materials are a variable fully operation
