Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems; support employee development initiatives.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and Cambodian labor laws; assist in policy development and updates.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports and records; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Languages:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in HR or administration, preferably in a supervisory role for 2 years as a minimum

  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.

Position Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role manages financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance.
