PURPOSE: The Regional Sales Manager at KOFI is responsible for driving sales performance across multiple sub-branches within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring alignment with KOFI’s overall business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Regional-Sub-Regional Sales Strategy Development and Management: develop and implement a comprehensive regional expansion sales strategies targeted at the regional market, aligning with KOFI’s overall business goals; and identify market trends and customer needs to create customized solutions that meet the demands of regional clients.
  • Regional-Sub-Regional Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in branch and sub-branch to drive customer loyalty and retention for the whole region; and conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase KOFI’s products, services, and value proposition.
  • Regional-Sub-Regional Market Analysis and Development: conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and challenges within the regions and sub-regions; and monitor customer preferences and feedback to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
  • Regional Sales Team Leadership: lead and mentor a team of sales region and sub-regional fostering a culture of performance and accountability; and set a clear sales target, performance metrics, and provide regular coaching to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.
  • Regional Sales Coordination and Operations Management:Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations, services and other supporting teams to ensure alignment on offerings, promotions, and service delivery; and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders for regional and sub-regional clients.
  • Regional-Sub-Regional Event Participation and Representation: Represent KOFI at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness and foster relationships at the region and sub-regional; and organize customer tasting events and training sessions for HORECA staff to enhance product knowledge and engagement.
  • Continuous Regional Sales Professional Development and Improvement: review and upgrade system, standard, procedure, and team competencies of regional team; identify opportunities for sales operational excellence improvements and cost efficiencies; implement best practices and innovative solutions in sales operations; train and coach team with up-to-date SOPs and competences required; and other tasks/projects assigned by supervisor or require by the business update etc.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field;
Work History:
  • Experienced regional sales development and management for 7 years

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Key responsibilities involve presenting and selling products/services, negotiating contracts, and managing customer accounts, often using a CRM system to track activities and performance. They also conduct market research, collaborate with other teams, and represent the company at events.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Client acquisition and management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and negotiation: Present products/services, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

PURPOSE: The Admin-Finance Executive at KOFI's Mundulkiri Branch operations is responsible for providing comprehensive planning and delivery the administrative, stocks, and financial support across the Harvest Facility, Nursery Farm, Coffee Farm, and overall operations. This role includes managing financial records, farm strock control, processing transactions, supporting budgeting activities, and supporting with compliance and reporting while ensuring efficient operations in all areas align with KOFI vision, mission, and core values etc.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI)

Successful Probation KPI:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Panning and Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
  • Organize the preparation of reports related to financial performance and operational activities etc.
  • Stock Planning and Inventory Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels for the Harvest Facility and Nursery Farm, processing orders and maintaining records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with operations staff to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Communication and Liaison:
  • Serve as a point of contact for finance-related inquiries from employees in the Harvest Facility, Nursery Farm, and Coffee Farm.
  • Foster positive communication and relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Effective Financial Record Keeping:

Mechenic Specialist

Position Summary

As a Mechanical Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various types of mechanical equipment and systems. You will need to have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to problem-solve complex mechanical issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inspect mechanical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and replace parts for production and manufacturing machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.

 Job Summary: Technician team has responsibilities to support the sales team on routine, non-routine maintenance and install coffee’s machine to all KOFI’s customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance customer’s machines based on the manpower distribution list, and the completed work order request​
  • Install KOFI’s products based on sales agreement
  • Learn the user manual of new machine and train other parties concerned (Sales team, Barista, etc.)
  • Diagnose & Repair Coffee Machines at customers premises
  • Repair all Coffee Machines that bring to company
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance
  • Actively perform duty at coffee break when scheduled
  • Regular go on-site visit according to daily manpower distribution list and writing a report after visiting the customer
  • Respects company rules and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.
