Store Operation Manager

Position Summary

The Store Operation Manager oversees daily outlet activities, ensuring profitability, high-quality service, and compliance with health and safety standards. Key duties include managing budgets, controlling food/labor costs, driving sales targets, supervising staff training, and maintaining inventory, ultimately ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Direct day-to-day operations to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage the budgets, and sales targets to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of service, grooming, and performance.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards, complying with all local regulations, health guidelines, and safety protocols.

System and Data Support Officer

Position Summary

The System & Data Support Officer is responsible for supporting new technology platforms/systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems across KFK outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate transaction data, and timely issue resolution. The role also supports the primary level of data analysis and reporting related to sales, inventory, and operational performance, working closely with operations, finance, marketing, technology and data analyst teams.

Working Conditions

  • May require on-site support at F&B outlets.
  • Flexible working hours may be required during system rollouts, upgrades, or critical operational periods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Technology & Systems Support
  • Assist in new system preparation, configuration, and readiness.
  • Provide user training and basic support to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Document, track, and report all system issues to the Technology and Data Analyst team.
  • Support system testing, rollout, and post-implementation activities as required.
  • Ensure data security, appropriate user access control, and compliance with internal policies.
  • POS System Support
  • Coordinate with internal teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Provide daily support for POS systems used in KFK outlets, including ordering, billing, payments, discounts, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot POS issues during operational hours, including order processing errors, printer issues, menu setup, and payment-related problems.
  • Monitor POS system uptime and data accuracy to minimize disruption to restaurant operations.
  • Support outlet staff with POS training and user access management.
