Announcement Positions

Litigation Unit Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the litigation team to perform their jobs well in the department.
  • Build the capacity and coach the litigation team.
  • Keep update the court cases to Head of Litigation Department.
  • Work closely with LOLC branch managers to ensure that court cases application and submission are carried out in accordance with related laws and regulations.
  • Discuss with lawyers and facilitate litigation actions with lawyers on any court case procedures against loan clients.
  • Update management and relevant departments on any changes of laws and regulations related to credit operations such as land law, civil procedures and contract law etc.
  • Reviewing existing and new legal related documents and contracts such as loan agreement and collateral agreement with clients to ensure they are valid and legal binding and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
  • Closely monitor all court cases and find strategies to speed up the process to quicken cash collection.
  • Provide training to staff (HO and Branch) on civil and criminal court case procedures and credit related laws and regulations.
  • Proceeding litigation procedures in Phnom Penh and branches in consultation with Head of Litigation Department and Lawyers.
  • Regularly conduct branch visit and arrear clients to understand the situation and consult with branch staffs about any litigation actions.
  • Perform other related litigation duties as required by Head of Litigation Department.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in /Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalence.
Work History:
  • Experiences in court case processes for 3 years as a minimum

Retail Deposit and Financial Services Sales Advisor (3 Positions)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Join to develop and implement effective sales strategies to mobilize deposits, ATM cards, and kind account for retail customer effectively and efficiently to reach LOLC’s business goals.
  • Strategize to expand the market penetration and identify potential target retail customers and build strong relationships. Initiative ideas to develop mobilization strategies to recruit new customers and keep existing customer retention.
  • Active to receive the directing and coach from direct manager at HO to ensure meeting the monthly, yearly plan.
  • Undertake regular market visits to recruit potential retail customers for deposits, ATM cards, and kid accounts and determine potential cross-sales to other products and services to reach business goals in the long run.
  • Organize the VIP retail existing customers' profile and maintain ongoing vigilance for early signs of potential loss of deposit, ATM card and kid account, execute strategy to build relationship with existing customers and keep them be loyalty and satisfactory.
  • Work with branch managers and relevant sales staff at branches to identify the opportunity selling growth, sales orientation to related sales staff at branches during branches visit and pushing the growth performance to ensure the achievement of business goal.
  • Understand customer and market dynamics and requirements necessary to initiate the enhancement and working with relevant parties to penetrate new markets.
  • Collect and consolidate the feedback and recommend on deposit, ATM Card and Kids account and strategy to delight customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and relevant departments to develop and implement marketing promotion and campaign on mobilizing deposit and raising awareness to the public.
  • Active join training to build the capacity to get the result effectively and efficiently to ensure strong growth of deposit, ATM card and kid account.

Senior Officer-Java Developer

  • Deep understanding of REST API authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and TLS encryption.
  • Familiarity with secure DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and automated security testing.

Officer-Java Developer

Stock Controller

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform checking on fixed assets both at Head Office and branches to ensure accurate fixed asset listing, proper record of asset tracking, coding, and transferring.
  • Properly monitor inventory both at HO and branches to ensure accurate record, proper inventory tracking, coding, classification, and inventory purchase.
  • Calculation for monitor motor rental/ car rental to ensure accurate record of rental list, rental payment, and coordinate insurance purchase for staff motor and car.
  • Properly control stock material such as form and marketing material.
  • Visit branch for checking related to APD task
  • Assist Stock Control Unit manager to review and update relevant procedures to ensure proper implementation for the company.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by stock control unit manager.
