Collector (3 Positions)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Working Day: Monday - Saturday

Working Hour: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow Up on Outstanding Payments
  • Monitor and track overdue invoices and accounts receivable.
  • Contact customers with overdue payments to remind them and collect payments.
  • Communicate via phone, email, or in-person meetings when necessary.
  • Maintain Accurate Customer Records
  • Keep clear and up-to-date records of collection activities, customer communications, and payments received.
  • Update internal systems with payment status and notes from customer interactions.
  • Negotiate Payment Arrangements
  • Discuss and arrange payment plans or installment schedules for customers when needed.
  • Balance the company’s cash flow requirements with maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Update Payment & Customer Records
  • Log all communication with customers and update the internal system with payment status and notes.
  • Ensure records are accurate for reporting and financial analysis
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies (e.g., invoicing issues, disputed amounts).
  • Provide updates on collection status to management.
  • Resolve Billing Disputes
  • Investigate issues that delay payment, such as invoice discrepancies, delivery questions, or data errors.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, or accounting teams to address and resolve disputes.
  • Report and Documentation
  • Prepare collection reports and confirmer balances, follow‑ups made, and results achieved.
  • Provide documentation needed for more escalated credit action or internal reviews

  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers while collecting payments

Sales Representative (MT) (10 Positions)

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Checking sale Volume everyday by outlets
  • Checking active outlet and pending PO and summarize it.
  • Preparing daily report sales supervisor/manager and make plan and strategy proposition to hit the target.
  • Updating customer list and daily sale report to Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • Checking stock, promotion, selling report to Sales Supervisor/Manager
  • Managing dealer and customers to comply the company with policy.
  • Maintain relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains; negotiate promotional terms and ensure brand visibility.
  • Analyzing competitor each area (Trade promotion, Price, Prize, service…).

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing
  • Receive, verify, and process sales orders from sales representatives, distributors, and key accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, schemes, and product codes
  • Sales Support
  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments
  • Cooperate with stock controllers and update stocks to sale teams
  • Cooperate and work delivery teams to Inform customer/ sales teams about goods delivered and follow up.
  • Documentation & Records
  • Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and related documents
