- Verify all requests, payments, and settlements to ensure that supporting documents are appropriate, in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, as well as donors' guidelines.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax declarations, as well as NSSF/pension funds.
- Keep cashbooks up to date and perform regular cash counts weekly/monthly.
- Assist in the process of staff payroll and benefits payment.

- Aid in maintaining records of all project expenditures to accounting system.
