Technical Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is for Ultrasound & Technical Support

TYPE OF CONTRACT: UDC

JOB LEVEL: Coordinator

REPORT TO: Clinic Manager

WORKING DAY: 5days per week = 37.5 hours/weeks including Saturday or Sunday. However, s/he will be flexible to work following scheduling shifts.

Technical Coordinator (Ultrasound & Technical Support) will work under supervision and directs reports to a clinic manager with the support of the head of business development & innovation. S/he plays a crucial role in assisting clinic manager for both technical and legal aspects of the clinic daily run. S/he is responsible for providing ultrasound with accurate results and also provide health services following the clinic’s SOP and guidelines. S/he leads, manages and coaches the clinical expertise to support midwife and clinical nurse to perform job efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Clinic operation:
  • Provide standard ultrasound screening, especially SRH and interpreting with accurate results for all patients.
  • Oversee technical aspects and provide coaching to subordinates.
  • Also, provide consultation on health services including STI & HIV/AIDS diagnosis, treatment and refer as needed
  • Provide counseling of sexual awareness
  • Provide counseling on NCD and other health areas as needed
  • Staff development and support:
  • Keep learning and participate in internal/external training to improve knowledge and skill.
  • Provide clinical support to midwives for proper diagnosis, counseling and management following guidelines.
  • Other tasks:
  • Liaise and coordinate with relevant staffs of Viya Health Cambodia Co., Ltd such as Telemedicine counselors, Medical Detailing Officer, Marketing team, Digital Solution and operation team.
  • Perform other duties as required by a clinic manager and senior management team
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports to clinic manager accurately and timely.

Work History:
  • Work experience in providing ultrasound and sexual reproductive health in clinics and hospitals for 3 years as a minimum

  • Ultrasound specialist (A pelvic ultrasound or Gyneco- obstetric)
  • Has Medical Council Certificate
  • Lower/Upper Abdominal Ultrasound related to SRH

Healthcare Provider (2 Positions)

Position Summary

REPORT TO: Technical Coordinator

WORKING DAY: 5days per week = 37.5 hours/weeks including Saturday or Sunday. However, s/he will be flexible to work following scheduling shifts.

Healthcare Provider will work under supervision and direct reports to a Technical Coordinator (ultrasound & technical support) with the support of clinic manager. She/he is responsible for:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Clinic operation:
  • Provide service on short-term (STM) & long-term (LTM) birth spacing method, STI & HIV/AIDS, ANC/PNC/vaccination, gynecology services including visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA), and pep smear.
  • Provide safe abortion & post abortion care and refer as needed
  • Ensuring all infection prevention standards applied for clinical practice following the national protocol as well as clinic’s guidelines.
  • Reporting on any issues on time such as mal technical practice, hazardous incidents, complication and adverse event cases.
  • Provide counseling on sexual awareness, NCD and other health areas as needed
  • Performed other duties as required by direct supervisor or senior management team

Clinical Nurse (1 Position)

Position Summary

JOB LEVEL: Officer

REPORT TO: Technical Coordinator

WORKING DAY: 5days per week = 37.5 hours/weeks including Saturday or Sunday. However, s/he will be flexible to work following scheduling shifts.

She/he works under supervision and directs reports to a Technical Coordinator (ultrasound & technical support) with the support of clinic manager. She/he provides general support for the healthcare team by gathering patients’ medical history, taking and recording vital signs into the system. She/he is responsible for lab samples collection and sends them to the partner laboratory for testing. Then, recording results into the system for provider diagnose/treatment purposes. She/he She/he keeps monitoring the status of patients in recovery room and reports them to the providers before discharge and provide vaccination under prescription of provider.

S/he is responsible for monitoring the stock level and raising the purchase request to fulfill stock of medicines and medical materials. S/he will dispense the medications to patients following the prescription and labeling with the detailed information regarding drug administration.

REPORT TO: Admin Officer

WORKING DAY: 5days per week = 37.5 hours/weeks including Saturday or Sunday. However, s/he will be flexible to work following scheduling shifts.

The Receptionist works under supervision and directs reports to the Admin Officer with the support of Clinic Support Coordinator. The day-to-day work of Receptionist will largely balance administrative responsibilities with customer services. Typically, the Receptionist work involves greeting patients, entering data of client’s registration, answering phones, arranging appointments and doing clerical work such as filing or correspondence. The receptionist makes sure all clients first in first serve, taking info and register in system accurately and timely, answer incoming calls and check patient’s appointment for scheduling arrange with provider, and supports daily administrative tasks as required.

The Cashier will make use of technical and financial skills to track and manage patient cash flows, credit, and insurance payments, while also assisting reception staff with patient booking and in-clinic coordination.
